On April 11, 2015, at approximately 1:15 am, Carman RCMP responded to a report of a man exposing himself outside a window at a seniors home in Carman, Manitoba. An overnight female employee at the facility reported seeing an unknown male expose his genitals to her through the window of the facility and proceed to masturbate. When the employee picked up the phone to call police, the male fled on foot.

A similar incident happened at the same seniors home on November 15, 2014, at approximately midnight. A female employee saw an unknown male expose himself and masturbate outside a window at the facility.

The male is described as Caucasian and tall with a thin build.
