On September 23rd, 2013 at approximately 5:56 AM., the Carman Area RCMP were alerted to a school bus driving erratically in the RM of Dufferin. The investigation revealed that the school bus belonged to the Prairie Rose School Division. The bus had been taken from the parking lot of the Elm Creek Curling Club during a social event. Carman area RCMP were seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the person (s) responsible for the theft.
