On June 3rd, 2013, Carman area RCMP received a complaint of mischief that had occurred in the RM of Stanley, Manitoba. Investigators were advised that sometime between May 30 and June 3, 2013, suspects gained access to a facility and damaged two rolls of agricultural drain tile, with a value of approximately $6000.00.
