On October 28th, 2023, around 3 o’clock in the morning, RCMP members were on general patrol near Ethelbert, Manitoba, when they came upon a house fully engulfed in flames. Through the investigation it was learned that the cause of the fire was arson. Evidence at the scene shows that a vehicle had been there just before the fire started.
