On August 25th 2016 between the hours of 11:00 pm and 1:00 am, the St. Martin Garage compounds were broken into by four unknown suspects. Four ATVs were stolen: a 2014 white Polaris Razor, a 2016 orange Polaris Highlifter, a 2016 green Polaris Sportsman and a 2016 black Polaris Sportsman. From their builds, the suspects appeared to be in their late teens to early 20s.

The suspects broke into two compounds on the property. The north compound was broken into and nothing was stolen. It then appears that the suspects waited in the south compound, where the ATVs were stored, for the St. Martin Hotel Bar to close before continuing their crime. At approximately 12:50 am, the suspects could be seen driving the ATVs out of the compound to Highway #6 and then to a northeast trail. It is believed the suspects then loaded the ATVs on two trailers where they were taken to an unknown location. It is also believed the suspects were dropped off at a nearby location prior to the break and enter.
