On April 27th, 2016 between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM a residence in the Rural Municipality of Cartier, MB was broken into. Entry was made by forcing the front door. Neighbours had noted a white panel van with two male occupants dressed in orange coveralls in the area at the time of the incident.
