On November 4, 2012 the Lac du Bonnet RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter into a cottage on Marcus Drive located in the rural municipality of Lac du Bonnet. The garage door had been forced open and several recreational vehicles were stolen from within. The seasonal cottage on the property was also entered where several household items were stolen as well. The incident was believed to have occurred during the evening of October 31st, at approximately 9 p.m.. A suspicious extended cab pick-up truck was observed driving down Marcus Drive at this time and may have been the vehicle used in the theft. The truck was noted to be dark in color and have a loud exhaust noise as well.
