On the 4th, of August 2013 the leaf Rapids RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious person. On the 2nd of August 2013 an 11 year old girl was approached by an unknown male subject who requested that she get into his truck so he could drive her home. Fortunately the girl ignored the request and left the area. Everyone is cautioned to be careful when approached by strangers.
