On the 15th of July 2013 the Oxford House RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter that had occurred overnight at the local Northern Store. Entry was gained through the attic and once inside, the culprit(s) broke into a secure area where the cigarettes were stored. The individual(s) stole cigarettes, a KOBO pad, a bunch of knives as well as a television set. Damage was done to some sugar bags and Red Bull cases. All the damages were done in the storage area of the store.
