Selkirk RCMP Detachment and Manitoba Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance with solving the following mischief:

On November 11th, 2016 and December 14th, 2016 mischief was committed at a residence in Selkirk by what appears to be the same subject. In both instances, a rock was thrown through the window of the victim’s vehicle. Please help to identify the subject.
