On the evening of October 23rd, 2016 RCMP received a report of two unknown men dressed in clown suits who chased three children with a baseball bat in St. Andrews, Manitoba. When the children got near the RM office, the subjects stopped chasing them and hid in a local construction area. The children were not injured but were very scared.
