On September 4th, 2015 around 11 pm an attempted break-in occurred at the Birtle golf course clubhouse. The rear door was damaged in the attempt. On September 27th, 2015 overnight a break-in occurred at the Shoal Lake golf course. 18 sheds in total were broken into. Several sets of golf clubs and various other golf items were taken.
