On August 26, 2014, at approximately 3:00 am, St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP attended a fire at the Niverville Collegiate in Niverville, Manitoba. A library book repository, and the numerous books it contained, was completely destroyed by fire. The fire was extinguished and the local fire department attended to ensure it had not spread.
