On September 23rd, 2014, a trailer with a 2009 Kawasaki ATV on it was left on Highway 1 near Richer, Manitoba with a flat tire. Sometime between 4:25 P.M. and 9:30 P.M. an unknown person(s) removed that trailer and ATV from the highway.
