On July 7th, 2016 at approximately 2:30am, the Red Sun Smoke Shop in Pine Creek First Nation was broken into. Two unidentified males seen inside the store through video camera footage. Males were able to spray majority of the surveillance cameras, however one male described as wearing a lighter Underarmour hoodie, with gray pants and black shoes.

The second male was described as wearing a black hoodie with a giant skull logo on the front and dark pants. Both had their faces covered with a bandanna. Numerous brands of cigarettes were taken.
