On August 20th, 2023, multiple fire hydrants in the city of Selkirk were tampered with, causing significant damage and creating dangerous situations in the affected areas.

Video surveillance captured a small black Mazda, possibly a 2008-2012 model, that appeared modified as it rides low, with a very loud muffler. Police are looking for any information on a vehicle matching this description.

On September 22, 2023, a 2015 Polaris Razor was stolen from a commercial property in Sandy Lake. The UTV is red and black in colour, has a light bar, light pod, stereo, and snorkel kit.

On September 15th, 2023, shortly after 2 o’clock in the
morning, two males attempted to break into the Canada Post office in Elm Creek. They arrived in two separate trucks, a white and a black one.

On August 21st, 2023, around 7:30pm, a male suspect broke into a business located in Clandeboye. The suspect arrived in a black Pontiac Torrent, and was later involved in a theft of gas in Selkirk.

Sometime between September 3rd and 17th, 2023, a large amount of items were stolen from a boat in Ninette. Among the items stolen were a black/beige 18ft Bayliner boat cover, a double seater Super Marble tube, a tackle box containing fishing supplies, several life jackets, a portable BBQ with propane tanks, a Hummingbird Helix 7 fish finder with mount, and a Connelly Theory kneeboard.

Sometime between the evening of September 1st and the morning of September 2nd, 2023, a side by side was stolen from a residence in Fisher Branch. The UTV is a 2022 Hisun Sector 550 EPS, camouflage in colour, and has an after-market LED light bar installed at the front.

On August 24th, 2023, a yellow 2008 Suzuki 125cc was stolen from a garage in Fisher Branch.

On August 27th, 2023, around 2pm, two women attended to a business in Ste. Rose du Lac and stole food products. The suspects had a young child with them, and they left in a dark grey Kia Forte with an invalid license plate. The car had a damaged back end.

On August 7th, 2023, two people attended a business on Main Street in Selkirk and fraudulently obtained 5 gift cards. Police are looking to identify the individuals in these photos.

Sometime overnight between July 31st and August 1st, 2023, a business located on 4th Avenue South in Swan River was broken into and the suspect(s) stole several tools, audio and video equipment, as well as computers. Among the stolen items are a Viavi Fiber Optic Meter/Scope, two Latitude 3310 laptops, a Makita drill with battery, and some Panasonic camera equipment.

In the morning of July 28th, 2023, an unknown male, driving a grey Dodge pickup truck, attended to a local business in Ashern and stole gasoline, then drove off northbound on Highway 6.

On February 8th, 2023, at approximately 4:55am, a male caused damage to the fuel pump at the St. Laurent Fire Department and attempted to steal fuel. The suspect was driving a black Dodge Ram 3500, early 2010’s model, with a yellow pin stripe running parallel around the truck, yellow lights on top of the roof, and had an exhaust pipe in the bed of the truck with a silver roll cage. The male was wearing a dark green parka with his hood up and a black ski mask around his face.

On June 10th, 2023, shortly after 6 o’clock in the morning, a lone suspect broke into the Selkirk Junior High School and stole a laptop computer and some cash. The laptop is a 13″ Dell Latitude 3330.

Sometime overnight between May 16th and 17th, 2023, a construction company in Killarney was broken into and a large amount of tools were stolen. Most of the tools were Dewalt and included power tools such as drills, saws, shears, nail guns, as well as batteries. The tools are marked in black marker with “Cline” and the batteries with the initials “CC.”

On February 19th, 2023, between 2:45am and 3:15am two people attended to the Lundar Motor Hotel in a dark coloured pickup truck with white writing on the rear window and broke into the ATM. The truck came onto the property and left twice, both times heading north on Highway 6.

Between April 6 and 7 (Thu and Fri), 2023 a boat trailer was stolen from Shamattawa Winter road approximately 45km before Highway PR280 near Town of Gillam, Manitoba. Trailer’s right-side wheel was damaged and was parked when it was stolen. The picture shows the 2012 EZ Loader trailer. Shortly after midnight on August 15th, 2022, Winnipegosis RCMP were dispatched to structure fire at the Pine Creek First Nation Healing Centre. The fire was deliberately set, and the building was a complete loss at a cost of more than a million dollars.

Nelson House RCMP Detachment and Manitoba Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance with solving the following Fatal Hit & Run:

On Friday, January 13th, 2023, around 8pm, Nelson House RCMP received a call regarding a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on Otetiskiwin Drive near Dog Point. When officers arrived, they located a female lying on the roadway. The female was transported to the Nursing Station where she was pronounced deceased. Police believe the female was struck by a vehicle which fled the scene.

On November 30th, 2022, around 3 o’clock in the morning, a pharmacy located in Roblin was broken into and some medication was stolen. The suspect appeared to be familiar with the layout of the store.

On October 5th, 2022, shortly after 10pm, two individuals broke into an outbuilding located on a rural property in the RM of Fisher and stole a metal band saw and a pressure washer.

Sometime between June 15th and August 19th, 2022, an outboard motor was stolen from a locked compound on the edge of the Town of Gillam on Railway Avenue. The motor was removed from the boat and was a 2020 Yamaha F60JB, grey in colour, 60hp, with serial number 6C5J-10913860.

In August 2022, a male suspect fraudulently opened several lines of credit in Brandon by using stolen government identification. In one case he fraudulently financed a Trek Power-fly FS-9 bike and a 8’8″ Frontenac paddle board.

The male is described as Caucasian, 6’1, medium build, bald head, had a fair complexion and did not speak with an accent. Another male accompanied him when he picked up the bike and paddle board, and he also appears to be Caucasian with a heavier build. Both were wearing all black and had facemasks on.

On October 11th, 2022, a decommissioned bridge located on Road 1 West in the RM of Rhineland was destroyed by fire. The value of the loss is several million dollars, and the cause of the fire is suspicious.

On October 22nd, 2022, Fisher Branch RCMP received a report that an ATV and a trailer had been stolen from a residence in Peguis First Nation. The ATV is an orange 2020 Brute Force 750 with license plate 1L989. The trailer is a red flat deck homemade trailer with white boarding around the sides.

On August 29th, 2022, sometime after midnight, two males broke into Mcgee’s Original Grill in Carman, Manitoba. The suspects entered the building, disabled the surveillance system, and stole cash from the tills. Both suspects were masked, wearing gloves, and had break-in tools. One suspect wore a backpack, black hoodie, and red pants. The second suspect wore a green sweater, black pants, black shoes, and had a black mask on that had crossed out eyes and white teeth on it.

On August 15, 2022, at Swan River Golf and Country Club, a John Deere Gator with a Buffalo Turbine Blower attached was stolen. The turbine blower was recovered. Nothing seen or heard by neighbours in the area. The Gator is missing a muffler and is very loud when running.

On August 22, 2022, Fisher Branch RCMP received a report of a break and enter to the Peguis Jordan’s Principle trailers that had occurred at 1: 00 am Sunday morning (Aug 21). Another break and enter into the same buildings had occurred on October 04, 2022. In both instances, a total of 4 black Alcatel MiFi devices were stolen – similar to picture.

On Wednesday, September 21st, 2022, at approximately 3:30a.m. the Chemawawin School was broken into. The suspect appears to be a youth male and was wearing all dark clothing at the time, and had on black sneakers with white soles.

On Wednesday, August 31st, 2022, at approximately 6pm, a fire started at the old sewage plant in Wasagamack, Manitoba. The building sustained substantial damage, and the cause of the fire was determined to be arson. A witness saw a group of kids running away from the scene. One of the kids was wearing brown pants, a black sweater, and a white mask.

Fisher Branch RCMP received a report of dirt bike and ATV stolen from a Poplarfield residence on Wednesday, July 6. The ATV is a 2013 Sportman 500, the front rack has some damage. The dirt bike is a Red 2007 CRF 450 with an “AMPED” decal on it. Both machines were stolen from the front yard of the house during the day time hours. On August 1st, 2022, shortly before midnight, a red Chevrolet truck was deliberately set on fire by two people. The truck was parked in a back yard on Northside Road in Easterville at the time. On May 1st, 2022, at approximately 5pm, a storage shed located on a seasonal property in Oak Lake Beach was broken into and several items were stolen. Among the stolen items were a Mastercraft mitre saw, a Mastercraft hammer drill, a Ryobi table saw, a green Trex mountain bike, and 2 Pelican kayaks.

On May 17th, 2022, at approximately 3:30pm, RCMP and firefighters attended to a structure fire on Muskeg Drive in Chemawawin, Manitoba. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire has been determined to be arson.

Video surveillance in the area captured two individuals entering the residence shortly before the fire started. One person was wearing a red hoodie and grey pants, and the other person was wearing a black hoodie and black pants. Police are looking to identify the two people in this picture.

On April 27th, 2022, sometime around 7:30 in the morning, a warehouse located on Main Street in Wasagamack burned down. The warehouse was used to store building supplies for the construction of houses in the community, and was a complete loss. The cause of the fire was determined to be arson.

On December 12th, 2021, at approximately 4:30 pm, RCMP were dispatched to a fire at Bloodvein River Lodge located on an island along the Bloodvein River, south of Bloodvein First Nation. The lodge is only accessible via snowmobile at this time of year. Upon arrival RCMP observed the building was fully engulfed in flames and was a total loss. The cause of the fire was arson.

In the early morning on Wednesday, January 26th, 2022, the fire hall in Little Grand Rapids was broken into and the suspect(s) damaged both vehicles that were parked inside.

On the night of November 22nd, 2021, a DeWalt toolbox was stolen out of the back of a white Chevrolet Silverado that was parked in the Super 8 parking lot in Swan River. The toolbox is black with grey handles and has a weathered yellow “DeWalt” label on the lid and has a retractable handle with wheels on one end. It contained hand and power tools as well as safety equipment and weighed approximately 250 lbs.

On Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021, at approximately 4:30am, a red Farmking hayrake was stolen from Rough Country Sports in Swan River, Manitoba. The suspect(s) arrived in a pickup truck that appears to be an older model, possibly a Ford F150 or F250, maroon in colour.

On August 30th, 2021, at approximately 8:45pm, a male attended to a farm yard in the RM of Stuartburn and stole a large amount of tools. Several of the tools were Milwaukee brand and some were marked with an etched “W” or “Wolves.” A Kubota Quick attach bucket for a small Kubota backhoe was also stolen. The suspect drove a 4-door Ford F150.

During the evening of October 20th, 2021, two male suspects stole a large deer lawn ornament from a residence in La Riviere. Both were wearing light colored sweaters and one had a mask on. The suspects are believed to be linked to a number of other thefts and mischiefs that occurred in La Riviere during the month of October 2021.

Sometime between November 3rd and 4th, 2021, a residence in the RM of Dufferin was broken into and several items stolen, including a 2021 Can Am Outlander ATV and two firearms.

At approximately 1:45 a.m. on September 30th, 2021, four suspects broke into the King Buck Inn in Poplarfield, Manitoba, and stole a significant amount of liquor as well as cannabis accessories. The suspects used a side by side ATV to transport the stolen items.

On September 27th, 2021, shortly after midnight, a 41 year old male was violently assaulted by two males behind the Portage Laundromat in Portage La Prairie. The suspects then fled, one on a bike, wearing a grey sweater and black pants, and one on foot, dressed in all black clothing. The victim sustained severe and serious injuries, and was transported to hospital in critical condition.

Gypsumville RCMP Detachment and Manitoba Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance with solving the following Shooting:

At approximately 4o’clock in the morning on Sunday, August 5th, 2021, a black Dodge car was driving around Memorial Crescent on Lake St. Martin First Nation and an occupant was shooting a firearm from the vehicle.

On Friday, September 17th, 2021, at approximately 2 o’clock in the morning, the Flying J Travel Center in Ste. Agathe was robbed. Two males, one armed with an automatic weapon and one with a sawed off shotgun, entered the store and demanded cash and merchandise. They fled in a blue car with no license plates on it. Both suspects were Black, 6ft tall, slender builds, dressed in all black clothing, wore masks, and spoke with an African accent.

Sometime overnight between July 11th and 12th, 2021, a Chevrolet Camaro was stolen from a residence in St. Pierre-Jolys. The car was involved in a single vehicle collision around 5am on July 12th on PTH 59 just north of St. Pierre-Jolys. The thieves abandoned the car and got into a white Toyota 4Runner that was travelling behind the stolen car at the time. Police are looking to identify the individual pictured above.

Sometime overnight between August 14th and 15th, 2021, a vehicle was broken into while it was parked at a residence in Rathwell. The suspects stole a pair of woodgrain Oakley sunglasses, a black Milwaukee flashlight, and a wallet containing a debit card. The debit card was subsequently used by the suspects at several locations in Winnipeg.

The male suspect was tall with a slim build and dark short hair and was driving a white Ford F-150. The female suspect was short with a slim build, had short blonde hair and tattoos on the left side of her chest as well as on her right arm, and drove a grey Kia Sportage. Both vehicles had stolen license plates on them at the time.

In the early morning hours on July 29th, 2021, a pharmacy located in St. Adolphe was broken into. The lone suspect, who was wearing all black clothing, a black balaclava, and black shoes with white soles, made off with a substantial amount of narcotics and cash.

On August 27th, 2021, at approximately 3:20 in the morning, a vehicle for hire driver was making a delivery in the parking lot behind the Bank of Montreal in Portage La Prairie when three males approached the driver. One of the males used a firearm to steal items from the driver, and the males then fled the area.

The Arborg RCMP received reports of break & enter to the Meleb Bell MTS tower site. On separate occasions several gel batteries were stolen in a short period of time. The batteries are used as back up power, in the event of an outage, to keep the cellular network on line. They are labeled as ENERSYS Power Safe SBS-190F, orange in color and weight approximately 130 lbs each. If the cell tower is without backup power, there could be serious or possibly life-threatening consequences during an emergency.

Sometime between June 11th and 18th, 2021, Manitoba Hydro’s compound located in the RM of Stanley, was broken into. The suspect(s) gained entry by cutting a hole in the fence and stole 3 transformers. Another break in occurred between July 16th and 18th, 2021, at the same location, where some paint, some wire, and a toolbox were stolen.

Sometime between August 5th and 10th, 2021, a large amount of tools were stolen from a vehicle in Oakville, Manitoba. Of note were a box of Cleaver Brooks commercial boiler elements.

Sometime between Tuesday, June 22nd and Thursday, June 24th, 2021, a boat and trailer were stolen from a parking lot on Camp Neustadt Road in Arnes. The boat is a 16ft 2015 Legend with a 115hp Mercury motor, is grey and black in colour, and was on a black 2016 Shorelander boat trailer.

On June 21st, 2021, at around 3am, a car wash in Swan River was broken into and money was stolen from the change machines. The suspect appears to be a lone male.

On July 8th, 2021, around 4:30am, Portage La Prairie RCMP responded to a theft in progress at a business located on Highway 1. A male suspect was observed starting a garden tractor and attempting to load it onto a utility trailer. The theft was stopped by a security officer and the suspect fled. The suspect vehicle involved has a distinctive skull decal in the rear driver’s side window.

Around 2:30am on May 31st, 2021, an unknown individual spray painted the word “KOST” on multiple surfaces in Kleefeld causing significant property damage. The suspect appears to be a male and was wearing all black clothing with light coloured shoes.

Sometime overnight between April 15th and 16th, 2021, an ATV was stolen from a residence in Roblin. The stolen quad is a green camouflaged 2007 Yamaha Grizzly, has chrome wheels, and had a box attached on the back of it.

Sometime between April 1st and 4th, 2021, a pharmacy, a medical clinic, and a dental office located on Rue Principale in La Salle were broken into. The suspect(s) stole narcotics and cash. Police are looking to identify the person of interest in the above photo.

On March 9th, 2021, at 11:20pm, emergency services responded to a structure fire at a residence on School Road in Elie, Manitoba. A detached garage/shop, located approximately 30 yards from the residence, had been broken into and was intentionally set on fire using an accelerant. A Dodge truck with a trailer attached was parked outside of the garage and had obscenities scratched into it, was vandalized with spray paint, and sustained fire damage. The shop was secured by a metal gate with a padlock, which had been cut with a mechanical tool by the suspect(s).

Sometime overnight between May 10th and 11th, 2021, a trailer on a construction site on College Avenue in Kleefeld, Manitoba, was broken into and a Honda EU7000is generator and a Plassan Electro Fusion machine were stolen.

In the early morning hours of April 20th, 2021, the Solid Rock Church in Swan River was broken into and several items were stolen, including an iMac, iPad, two guitars, two large sound system speakers and some cash.

On April 6th, 2021, a theft tools and other miscellaneous items occurred at St. Malo Provincial Park. Consequently a male suspect attempted to fraudulently use a fleet card at the Grunthal Coop. The male can be seen on video footage wearing a black jacket, beige pants, red gloves, black sunglasses, black shoes and a blue and red Blue Jays baseball cap. He has a noticeable limp while walking and was driving a black Chevrolet Aveo.

On March 18th, 2021, at approximately 1 o’clock in the morning, a female suspect approached a vehicle at the drive-through ATM located at the Noventis Credit Union in Ashern and demanded keys to the vehicle. The suspect claimed to have a gun, though no firearm was produced. The victims were able to depart without injury, and the suspect fled on foot.

The female suspect is described as being in her 20’s, 5’4″ tall, 150lbs, with blonde hair. She was wearing a long brown and gold-colored jacket, and had a face mask on.

On March 4th, 2021, around 1pm, a 17 year old male was attacked in Lorette by 4 unknown suspects who attempted to steal his wallet and assaulted him in the process. The suspects took off in a white 4 door car with BC license plates. Two of the suspects have been arrested and RCMP are still looking to identify the other two individuals. Police are seeking assistance from the public to identify one of the unknown persons in the photo.

On March 6th, 2021 at 8:30 AM, a theft occurred at an apartment building in Lorette. Two unknown males were able to gain access to the building and stole two black tool boxes/cases along with a set of golf clubs and a Garmin GPS watch.

On January 19th, 2021, just before 11:30pm, a dark coloured SUV with a light bar on the roof attended Roblin Ford and stole an exhaust off a Ford F350. In the process, the wiring harness was cut, causing extensive damage to the truck.

Over the last several years, RCMP have been investigating an ongoing issue of mischief which is occurring in the RM of Ritchot along Highwy 200 where unknown suspect(s) are dumping hundreds of nails on the roadways. The most recent incident reported was on February 14th, 2021, on Highway 200, and then again on February 22nd, 2021, this time on Highway 59 in St. Malo. The type of nails vary but most commonly large roofing nails are used.

On November 26th, 2020, the Roblin Ford dealership was broken into and a large amount of seasonal tires were stolen. The suspect vehicle appears to be a silver 3/4 ton Dodge pickup truck with a darker lower panel and possibly has after market rims.

On February 1st, 2021, the Manitoba Hydro compound in Melita was broken into, and a substantial amount of copper wiring was stolen, along with some tools and a bright orange winter suit with reflective striping. On February 9th, 2021, the same compound was broken into again and more copper wiring was stolen. That same night, the Melita Bus Garage was also broken into and a mig-welder stolen. Video surveillance from several businesses in the area shows an individual wearing Manitoba Hydro’s bright orange suit, driving a dark gray Toyota sedan with no front license plate looking around their properties.

Sometime between December 12th and 21st, 2020, a residence near Elkhorn, Manitoba, was broken into and several items were stolen, including a 2009 Arctic Cat 800 snowmobile. The snowmobile has unique markings on it.

On November 19th, at approximately 2a.m. a Bobcat Skidsteer trackloader was stolen from a construction site located near Ile des Chenes, Manitoba. Surveillance on site showed a dark colored Ford F-150 driving around before the crime occurred and was later seen hauling the stolen machinery on a trailer.

On October 1st, 2020, at 12:45pm, an unknown male wearing a dark coloured jacket walked into BMO Selkirk Branch and attempted to withdraw $7000 without any bank cards. The male presented to the bank teller what appears to be a fake BC driver’s license and SIN card with the name Jean Michel BASLEY on them. The suspect appeared to be in his 40’s or 50’s and was wearing a medical mask but appeared to match the picture on the license. When the bank teller entered the client name on their system, an alert came up informing the teller that the client may be a victim of fraudulent activities. The suspect was unable to answer some follow up security questions, and ended up leaving the branch without the BC driver’s license and SIN card.

On August 26th, 2020, at approximately 9:45am, the Niverville Credit Union on Main Street in Landmark, Manitoba, was robbed. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male with light coloured eyes, approximately 30 years old, with an average build. He was wearing a full hazmat suit with an air ventilator mask and carried a clipboard. The suspect left in a white Hyundai Elantra.

On October 15th, 2020, at approximately 11:30pm, a male attended to a residence on Delorme Drive in St. Adolphe, Manitoba, and lured an adult male out of the house and into the driveway where another suspect was hiding. The two suspects then repeatedly stabbed the victim with a machete and a knife, leaving him seriously injured. It is believed the suspects fled in a vehicle.

Sometime between September 11th and September 18th, 2020, approximately 50 tones of canola was stolen from a property in the Kaleida area. The theft would have required at least 2 semi truck loads and would have taken a few hours to load.

On December 27th, 2019, just before 6pm, two males broke into a residence located on Hwy 10 North near the Shoal River Reserve and stole several items.

On July 8th, 2020, at approximately 12:30 in the morning, the Lakefront School in Crane River Settlement was broken into. Video surveillance showed 3 suspects had entered the school and broke approximately 20 windows, stole at least 15 school laptops from the classrooms, and discharged a fire extinguisher inside the school, causing extensive damage.

On July 26th, 2019, Kendara Ballantyne, was reported missing to The Pas RCMP Detachment. The last time that family members saw Kendara alive was in The Pas, Manitoba, around July 1st, 2019. Kendara’s body was located by members of the Bear Clan on August 6th, 2019, behind the University College of the North in The Pas.

Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding Kendara’s death, and are requesting the public’s assistance in piecing together Kendara’s whereabouts and activities in the weeks prior to her death.

On August 24th, 2020, at approximately 7:15 pm, a fire was deliberately set to some boxes on a deck attached to a residence on 1st Street NE in Erickson. The fire spread to the side and roof of the home before being extinguished.

Sometime between July 31st, and August 4th, 2020, the Manitoba Infrastructure Fisher Branch Yard was broken into and several items stolen, including two cordless impact driver drills, one corded impact driver drill and a Miller mig welder.

Sometime between July 31st, and August 4th, 2020, the Manitoba Hydro building located just south of Hodgson was broken into and several items stolen, including a 2018 Can Am Max 570 EFI(ATV), and a 2013 Polaris Ranger (side by side) and a variety of tools.

On August 10th, 2020, just after 2:30 in the morning, the ‘Y Not Johnny’s Restaurant in Swan River was broken into.

Video footage shows that an unknown male pried the patio door open, entered the building, then immediately fled on foot after setting off the alarm.

Sometime overnight between July 28th and 29th, 2020, unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the Peguis Development Corporation office, which is attached to the Band office, and stole a safe which contained some cheques and some cash. It is believed the suspect(s) used a stolen master key to enter the premises.

At approximately 4:30 a.m., on May 21st, 2020, the Eriksdale Fire Department responded to a structure fire at the McMunn & Yates Building Centre in Eriksdale, MB. The entire building and all of its contents was completely destroyed. The Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner has determined the fire to have been deliberately set.

Sometime between 8:30pm on June 11th, and 10am on June 12th, 2020, a trailer with a skidsteer on it was stolen while it was parked on the shoulder of Provincial Trunk Highway 8 in the RM of St. Andrews.

The trailer was black, and the skidsteer was a 2014 yellow Caterpillar 247B3.

On April 16, 2020 at 10:20PM, Thompson RCMP were called to Grey Wolf Bay, in Thompson where a live puppy had been found in a garbage bag inside the dumpster. Thompson RCMP are asking the public for any information that would identify the owner or the individual responsible for putting the animal in the dumpster. Police are seeking any information that may assist the investigation into this cruel act of animal abuse.

Sometime between April 9th and 11th, 2020, a 2005 Honda CR250F dirtbike was stolen from a location in Rhineland Municipality. The bike is red with a dent in the exhaust pipe and the rims are two different colors, the front one being silver and the rear one black. The VIN on the vehicle is JHE10276M100310.

On Tuesday, January 2 at 9 am, a male entered the Dauphin Safeway and proceeded to shoplift some meat items. When confronted about the incident, the male punched the store employee, breaking his nose. Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male in the pictures.

Sometime between the evening of Monday, March 30 and the following day, a theft of tools occurred at Little Grand Rapids Band Hall.

Sometime between Saturday, February 29th, 2020, and Wednesday, March 5th, 2020, a large theft occurred at a property in the RM of Armstrong. The suspect(s) stole solar batteries, solar equipment, a 2019 Kubota tractor, a gas powered generator, a propane heater and miscellaneous tools.

On Saturday, February 1st, 2020, at 6:05 pm, Fisher Branch RCMP responded to a report of a vehicle-pedestrian collision that occurred on West Road approximately two kilometres north of Highway 17 in Peguis First Nation.

Officers located the victim, a 52-year-old male from Peguis, on the roadway who appeared to have been struck by a vehicle that failed to remain at the scene. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. It is believed the victim was struck by a northbound vehicle.

On Friday, January 31st, 2020, at approximately 4:45pm, four individuals attended to Rexall on Main Street in Selkirk and stole various items including reading glasses and over the counter medications. 3 males and 1 female were captured on video surveillance.

On Sunday, February 2nd, 2020, a male attended to Walmart in Selkirk and stole a large amount of DVDs, Blu-Rays, and jewelry. He was confronted by a staff member who was then assaulted by the suspect. The suspect is described as being in his late 50’s, Caucasian, approximately 5’7” tall weighing 220lbs, has long grey hair and a long grey/white beard, wearing a camouflage jacket and blue jeans.

On Saturday, November 16th, 2019, shortly after 4 o’clock in the morning, the Fisher River VLTs were broken into by 4 individuals who then stole Bingo cards and cash. The suspects appeared to be 2 large males and 2 smaller males or females, and they gained by prying open the front doors with crowbars.

On Sunday, February 2nd, 2020, Swan River RCMP were advised of a break and enter that occurred overnight at the River Valley Powersports on Main Street in Swan River. Two snowmobiles were stolen from the property. A black & red 2010 POLARIS TX 550, and a black & blue 2019 SKIDOO SUMMIT SP 600R.

On December 24th, 2019, at approximately 10:15 in the morning, a vehicle was hit while parked at the Selkirk Liquor Store on Main Street. The suspect vehicle appears to be a white Chevrolet SUV, and the driver was an elderly Caucasian woman wearing glasses, a beige toque, dark winter parka, carrying a purple/pink coloured purse. The suspect was seen exiting her vehicle, looking at the damage she caused, and then walking into the CIBC bank and the liquor store.

On Saturday, January 25th, 2020, around 12:30 in the afternoon, patrolling RCMP members noticed a house on fire in the Mission Point area of Cross Lake. The house was still under construction and is completely destroyed by the fire. The investigation is ongoing and police are requesting the public’s assistance.

A push mower and another bicycle, not belonging to this victim, were left behind by the suspect(s).

Suspect 1 – Male, Indigenous in appearance, medium build, wearing a black hat with gold Louis Vuitton logo, black and green jacket, and camo pants
Suspect 2 – Male, Indigenous in appearance, red hat, multiple tattoos on right side forehead and on both cheeks
Suspect 3 – Male, Indigenous in appearance, black puffy jacket
Suspect 4 – Female, Indigenous in appearance, grey ball cap, black jacket and leggings.

On Saturday, November 16th, 2019, at around 11pm, Bell’s Trailer Hitches in Headingley, Manitoba, was broken into. Video surveillance captured two Caucasian males, who gained entry by smashing a window, stealing a small amount of cash. The suspects appear to be in their early 20’s in age and both have a thin build.

On Sunday, October 13th, 2019, at approximately 7 o’clock in the morning, two male suspects broke into a diner in Oak Bluff, Manitoba. They gained entry by smashing the window on the front door. Once inside, they stole several bottles of alcohol.

On Saturday, August 17th, 2019, at approximately 2:00am, a male suspect dressed in dark clothing stole a rare and unique Cannondale Scapel FI mountain bike from a residence in Niverville, Manitoba. The suspect was seen approaching the residence on foot and making off with two bikes.

On Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019, at approximately 9:45pm, an older dark and dirty Nissan pick up truck was involved in a motor vehicle collision involving another vehicle. The collision happened eastbound on TransCanada Highway 1 and Provincial Road 248. Both vehicles pulled over, however the driver in the Nissan left before information could be exchanged. Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the male suspect. He is approximately 35-45 years old, Caucasian, medium build, and has brown short hair.

On January 2, 2018, at 10:50 pm, Dauphin RCMP were dispatched to a house fire in the 100 block of 2nd Avenue SW in Dauphin, Manitoba. The Dauphin Fire Department was on scene when officers arrived and were able to extinguish the fire and keep it from spreading to the surrounding buildings. The two occupants of the house escaped the fire with minor injuries and were transported to hospital for treatment. Surveillance video showed 3 people each toss molotov cocktails at the house.

Stonewall RCMP Detachment and Manitoba Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance with solving the following Theft:

On May 21, 2019, Stonewall RCMP were called to a property on Road 81 N in the Rural Municipality of Rockwood, Manitoba on a report of a theft of property. Investigation revealed an older beige and red coloured CASE 930 Tractor with cab and front end loader attachment was stolen from the property. It is unknown at this time who or how they stole the tractor.

On June 2, 2019, Stonewall RCMP were called back to the same property on a report of a theft of a travel trailer. Police attended and received information that a 24-foot AERO white travel trailer had been towed away from the property by a black Chrysler Aspen SUV.

Between Sunday, June 23 and Friday June 28, 2019, unknown suspects broke into a property at Lake Shore Heights (near Balsam Bay). Two dirt bikes along with riding gear and other property, was stolen from the location. The two bikes are a 2016 Suzuki DRZ 125L and a 2010 Suzuki ORZ 70, both yellow.

On Sunday, May 12th, 2019, around 10am, a lone male in a vehicle was involved in a theft of gas from Fas Gas in Carman, Manitoba.

The vehicle was an older model Honda Accord 4 door, gold or brown in colour, with a sunroof. The driver was described as male, Caucasian, 30 years old, slim build. Vehicle had two different licence plates on at the time, front and rear were not matching.

Just after 2 a.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018, a male suspect broke in to the Bank of Montreal in Dauphin, Manitoba. The suspect was wearing blue jeans, a red jacket and a ball cap.

Sometime overnight between Wednesday, May 8th and Thursday, May 9th, 2019, a garage at a residence on Broadway Street in Miami, Manitoba, was broken into and a 2004 Arctic Cat 400 DVX was stolen. At the time of the theft, the ATV had Manitoba license plate 8G438 on it.

Sometime between December 24th, 2018, and January 14th, 2019, about 3 semi loads (approximately 4600 bushels) of canola were stolen out of several grain bins located on a property in the RM of Wallace-Woodsworth, Manitoba. The person(s) responsible is likely familiar with farming operations.

On Friday, December 14th, 2018, at approximately 11pm, a Dodge Ram was broken into in the RM of Emerson Franklin and a purse containing credit cards, identification, and gift cards was stolen. The suspects then used the stolen credit card at two different locations in Winnipeg.

On Wednesday, February 13th, 2019, RCMP in Swan River were notified of a break and enter that had occurred at Williams Auto Electric on Main Street in Swan River sometime overnight. The suspect(s) stole 6 sleds, all were Koenders Hunter Sleds, 8ft long, 24” wide, 12” deep and had metal hitches attached to them.

The town of Ashern has been victim of 24 break and enters since January, 2019. It is believed that the suspect(s) are frequenting these businesses to familiarize themselves with the layout of the buildings, paying particular attention to if security systems are in place. The point of entry is through windows that have been smashed by the suspect(s) and the opening is very small.

It is believed that the suspect(s) are of small stature or they may be using the help of a child to enter these businesses. Once inside the suspect(s) are stealing money consisting of bills and loose change.

On September 24th, 2018, a local resident of Lac du Bonnet Manitoba had their vehicle stolen from their yard. The vehicle was located several hours later only a few streets away. The owner’s wallet was stolen from the vehicle and credit cards were used in Winnipeg. Police are seeking the publics assistance in identifying the person of interest in this photograph.

On Wednesday, December 19th, 2018, at approximately 2 o’clock in the morning, two males from Cross Lake were the victims in a stabbing that occurred on Beardy’s Point. The two victims asked an unknown male for a cigarette who then stabbed them both. The suspect male is described as aboriginal, mid 20’s, approximately 6’1” with black hair and a skinny frame. He was wearing a dark grey or black winter jacket with grey on the chest area, a black toque with a white design on it, and jeans and sneakers. The suspect may have been with a female who is described as aboriginal, mid 20’s, skinny frame, long black hair, and wearing a light green winter jacket.

Sometime between January 24th – 28th, 2019, a camper trailer was stolen from Ridgeview RV in the RM of Rhineland. The 26ft trailer is a 2018 Forest River Wildwood and at the time of the theft had a Manitoba license plate of Y112W on it. It has visible hail damage on the front and rear as well as a side panel.

On March 7th, 2019, Ashern RCMP received a report of a Break & Enter at the Ashern Early Years School. Sometime between 11pm on Wednesday March 6, 2019, and 6am on Thursday March 7, 2019, the suspect(s) gained entry by smashing through a side and back window, entered the school, and stole cash.

On Thursday, January 24, 2019 the Liquor Mart in Selkirk experienced two instances of shoplifting. Police would like to speak to the two people in these images and are seeking the public’s help in identifying them.

On Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019, at approximately 4:30 in the morning, two males in an unknown vehicle entered the Pilot Mound Arena parking lot and walked over to the Call-Inn’s Hotel & Wise-er’s Bar & Restaurant where one suspect was then seen on video surveillance inside the bar breaking the cash register and stealing money. Entry was gained by breaking a window, and the suspect seemed familiar with the layout of the building. He was wearing running shoes, camouflaged pants, light hooded sweatshirt, and had a light backpack with dark zippers.

On Sunday, February 17th, 2019, at approximately 11:30 in the morning, a male attended the Sandy Lake Co-op Grocery store two times within an hour and stole $150 worth of meat, including steaks and chicken breast.

On Friday, February 1st, 2019, sometime between 11am and noon, a Scotiabank debit card was lost either at Scotiabank or at Marketplace in Selkirk. The finder of the card then proceeded to fraudulently use it to make 4 separate purchases at Marketplace, Macs, and A&W.

On Monday, October 22nd 2018, at approximately 3 AM, the RCMP detachment in Chemawawin was broken into. The suspects gained entry by smashing through a front window. Several items were stolen from the building. Four male youths and one adult male have been arrested and charged.

On Tuesday, May 1st, 2018, at 7:21 A.M., a residence near the Town of Dunnotar was broken into. The entire residence was rummaged through and the culprits made off with various household items.

One female suspect has already been arrested and charged.
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying three other individuals that were involved and captured on video surveillance.

Between Saturday, December 8th and Sunday the16th, a male attended the Santa Lucia restaurant in Morris 3 times and
tried to steal food. The male was observed on camera taking food from the stock room and leaving. Information provided showed that the male was driving a stolen white 2019 Hyundai Accent hatchback.

Between the hours of 11:30 PM on Saturday, Dec 22 and 8:00 AM on Sunday a white with black panel 2010 Polaris Rush 600 snowmobile was stolen from a residence on Pritchard Farm Road in East St. Paul. The snowmobile was last seen strapped down to a trailer in the owner’s driveway.

Sometime between the evening of November 27th, 2018, and the morning of November 29th, 2018, a boat and trailer were stolen from a residence on Hoddinott Road in the RM of East St. Paul.  The boat is a 2017 Explorer, silver in colour, and it was on a 2017 EZ Loader boat trailer.

On Sunday, September 30th, 2018, Morden RCMP received a call about a commercial break and enter that occurred sometime overnight at an address on Highway 3 in the RM of Dufferin.  Items stolen included iPads, printers, tools, as well as a black 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and a black 2018 Chevrolet Silverado.

At approximately 5am on Saturday, November 3rd, 2018, Morden RCMP were dispatched to a break and enter in progress at a pharmacy located in Miami, Manitoba.  3 male suspects were observed exiting the business with a large quantity of prescription medication. When they were confronted, they dropped their items and left in an older model dark grey Toyota or Mazda SUV with a possible broken driver’s side front window.

Suspects were described as aboriginal in appearance and were all wearing black clothing with bottom portions of their faces covered. One suspect was described as 5’11” and approx. 250lbs and was carrying a bat or wooden object. The other two suspects were described as 5’06” to 5’08” and slender builds.

Sometime between 9:30pm on Friday, September 14th and 4am on Saturday, September 15th, 2018, a residence located in Reinfeld was broken into.  Several items were stolen from the residence, including a black PlayStation 4 and several air soft guns.

Around 3 o’clock on Sunday morning, September 16th, 2018, a black SUV was observed on a security surveillance camera stealing a 16ft enclosed trailer from a business in Morris, Manitoba.  The trailer was recovered a few hours later near Aubigny, Manitoba, on Provincial Road 246.  Several power tools including a Lincoln mig welder and a Milwaukee hammer drill kit were stolen from the trailer.

Sometime between 7pm on Thursday, October 25th, and approximately 11pm on Friday, October 26th, a residence in Shoal Lake was broken into and several electronic items stolen, including a Go Pro Hero 3 and 5, a Samsung 5 and LG3 cell phone, a PS4, and several video games.

On Thursday, April 12th, 2018, sometime between 2 and 3 o’clock in the morning, a hit and run occurred on the Main Road between the Sipiseek area and the turn off to Egg Lake. It is believed that a four door red truck with at least four occupants in it struck a male pedestrian who sustained serious injuries as a result.  After the collision, the truck stopped, and a young skinny male approached the victim, gave him a touque, contacted EMS and then left the scene.  EMS attended and transported the victim to the nursing station.

On Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018, at approximately 4 o’clock in the morning, a grey/silver Dodge minivan pulled up in front of Third Dimension Industries in Elkhorn, Manitoba.  A male got out of the vehicle and went inside the business.  The unidentified male appears to be Caucasian, larger build, with short light colored hair.  At the time, he was wearing a black jacket, black sweater, blue jeans, and glasses.  The individual went inside  the business and stole 2 computers and 1 laptop.

At approximately 4am on Saturday, June 23rd, 2018, Powerview RCMP were called to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian that occurred on South Shore Road in Fort Alexander.  Upon arrival, a deceased 25 year old female was found lying in the road.  Investigators believe she was struck by more than one motor vehicle.

About 1am on Friday, October 12, a fire occurred in a trailer parked in the 300 block of Morris Avenue in Selkirk.  The trailer was parked near a residence and the fire could have caused greater loss or possibly injury.

Between May 6th and 7th, 2018, a blue 2014 Yamaha Grizzly 550 was stolen from a locked shed located on a property in Laurier, Manitoba.  The night before the theft occurred, a black car was noticed in the area several times.

On July 20^th, 2018, East St Paul RCMP received a report of a theft of wallet and credit cards from a vehicle. The suspects then used the stolen credit cards several times at various retail locations in the north east part of Winnipeg. Surveillance footage captured two males and police are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying them.

On Monday, August 13, 2018 St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP were called to a commercial alarm in Lorette. Suspects had broken through the front door. Video footage showed a black dodge caliber with aftermarket wheels backing up near the front door and two males going into the store and leaving with tools.

On September 20th, 2018, at approximately 7pm, two males stole a large amount of bottles of liquor from the Elkhorn Resort Bar in Wasagaming, Manitoba.  The liquor stolen includes bottles of Polar Ice Vodka, Captain Morgan Rum (white, dark, and spiced), Lambs dark Rum, Beefeater Gin, and Silver Sauza Tequila.  Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects, who are described as follows:  Male #1 is in his mid to late 20’s, Caucasian, approximately 5’11, and has medium long hair.  He was wearing a brown hooded jacket at the time of the theft.  Male# 2 is in his mid to late 20’s, Caucasian, approximately 5’11, and has medium long hair.  He is very skinny and was wearing a large black jacket, jeans, and torn up sneakers.  The suspects may have been travelling in a dark blue or black Dodge van, and there may have been a blonde adult female in the front passenger seat of that van.

East St. Paul RCMP Detachment, and Manitoba Crime Stoppers, are seeking the public’s assistance with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for multiple thefts from the mailboxes in East St. Paul, West St. Paul, and surrounding areas throughout the month of September, 2018.

The mailbox compartments are being forced open, and the contents are being stolen.  The crime is usually occurring at night.

Police are asking residents to be aware of the issue, and to report any suspicious activity near any of the mailboxes.

In the early hours of Monday, September 17, 2018, unknown suspect(s) damaged several runway lights at the Poplar River Airport.  Luckily there were no emergency medical flights around that time.

At about 4:00 am on Tuesday, September 11, Roblin RCMP received a call regarding a break-in at the local Esso. Surveillance images show two suspects throwing a rock at the door, destroying the window, and entering the building. Police are looking to identify the two people in the above picture.

On Thursday, July 26, 2018 at approximately 5:30 a.m., a Carman clothing store, Knockabouts, was broken into. The suspect(s) damaged the front door of the store to gain entry and stole a large amount of male clothing of various brands and sizes.  Items stolen include Mavi, and Silver, brand jeans, as well as Billabong, Hurley, Volcom, Tentrees and RVCA branded ball caps, shirts, and hoodies.

When police arrived on scene, there was an empty Rubbermaid trash can with wheels that had been left on the sidewalk in front of the store. It is believed that the suspect(s) used trash cans to remove the stolen clothes, but left one trash can behind.

It is believed that the suspect(s) took the trash cans from the south area of Carman, as it was garbage day that morning for that area.

At approximately 2:45 a.m., on August 31, 2018, suspects were captured on video entering the Roblin Rink, through the steel emergency doors. The suspects were also seen on video attempting to gain access to an office.  One suspect was wearing black sweatpants, a white t-shirt, and a black hoodie, with the hood pulled up.  The other suspect was wearing a black and white striped hoodie, with white or grey sweatpants, and carried a backpack.

Sometime over the May long weekend (May 19 to 21, 2018), and again during the night of June 22, 2018,  the Swan River Town Office sign was vandalized with spray paint.   On both occasions, the words, “BAND OFFICE” were spray painted on the west side of the sign.

Since May 2018, 4 different break and enter and theft happened to Integra Tires in Morris. Each time, the suspects attended the location overnight and cut the locks off storage trailers where new tires were stored. The suspects drove a vehicle into the yard to the back of the building where the storage trailers were located. The suspects used a grinder to gain access. The items that were stolen are semi-truck tires. The suspects loaded the tires in a vehicle before leaving the location.

Since May 2018, on four separate occasions, Integra Tires has been the victim of a break and enter and theft.  Each time, the suspect(s) attended the location overnight and gained entry into the storage facility by cutting the locks.  The suspect(s) arrived with a vehicle which was used to haul away the large semi-tractor tires that were stolen.

In the early morning hours of July 6, 2018, Thompson RCMP, Fire, and EMS responded to a fire in a garbage bin behind the Juniper School. After this fire was extinguished, a second fire was discovered at the rear of the Gateway Baptist Bible Church, which resulted in damage to the exterior of the building.

On July 24, 2010, Cross Lake RCMP were dispatched to a call of a motor vehicle collision  with a pedestrian.  The injured pedestrian found at the scene was Greg Bruce Trout.  He was transported to the nursing station, where he passed away due to his injuries.

During the early morning hours of February 28, 2018, a black and orange coloured, 2013, Polaris ‘Switchback Assault’ Snowmobile, with serial number SN1CW8GS0DC771674 and Licence Plate number 8V909, was stolen from a property in Swan River.

On June 26, 2018, at approximately 12:15 p.m., a vehicle clipped the trailer that was being towed by a male riding a trike.  The cyclist was travelling on the right side of the eastbound lane on Highway 44, near the 26E mark, east of Highway 59.

The vehicle did not stop after clipping the cyclist, but kept driving East on Highway 44.

The vehicle, driver, and plate number of the vehicle are all unknown, however, through the investigation, and debris left at the scene, it has been determined that the vehicle was a dark colour SUV,  possibly a 2007 to 2012 Mazda CX-7.

On Monday, July 9, 2018, in the early morning hours, bolt cutters were used to remove a padlock and chain securing a grey utility trailer located on a seasonal cottage property on Highway 9, in Sandy Hook.  The trailer, and a red 2005 Arctic Cat 500 ATV, were stolen from the property.  Prior to this theft, a dark coloured, loud, diesel, truck had been observed on the property.

June 27, 2018 video surveillance at the Thompson AutoWash shows three youth males who entered the store.  The youth are shown from left to right as follows:

“Youth one” is wearing a black jacket with white stripes, black shoes, and a black hat.

“Youth two” is wearing a camo hat, brown shoes, red sweater, and blue jeans.

“Youth three” is wearing a black and white hat and shoes, and gray sweater and pants.

Video shows one of the youth purchasing an item, with the other two standing at the counter near the exit.  “Youth three” is seen on the video taking approximately $100 worth of Tobacco rolling papers off of a shelf before leaving the store.

On July 1, 2018, a break and enter at the Strathclair Museum, located in the R.M. of Yellowhead, was reported.  To gain entry into the museum, the unknown suspect(s) broke a window, and a door.  Once inside the building, the suspect(s) took a number of items:

Sometime in the early morning hours of July 6, 2018, a boat trailer with Manitoba licence plate V854T, and a red “Tahoe” fish and ski boat, were stolen from the Southlands Drive area of East St. Paul.

Between 4:00 p.m. on June 19, 2018, and 8:00 a.m. on June 20, 2018, a flatbed trailer with Manitoba Licence plate# S328D, as well as a Bobcat T180, were stolen from a construction site on Saddleridge Lane, in the R.M. of East St. Paul.

On June 4, 2018, between 3:16 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., unknown suspects attempted to break into the Roblin Recycling building. The suspects did not gain access into the building, but did damage multiple areas to the outside of the building, including smashing light fixtures and surveillance cameras, and damaging the doors when attempting to pry them open.

On June 6, 2018, at approximately 3:43 a.m., an individual was caught on surveillance walking up to, and entering, a truck which was parked in the driveway to a residence on Eagle Creek Drive in East St. Paul.  Once inside the truck, the individual rummaged through the vehicle for approximately 10 minutes before getting out of the truck, and walking away with two hoodies taken from inside the truck.  The suspect appears to be a male wearing a dark jacket, dark pants, dark shoes, and a ball cap.

A Red, 2012 Polaris, 800 cc, side by side ATV (Serial# 4XATH76A7C4719989), with new Mud Lite tires, was stolen from a residence in the Town of Altamont, on April 16, 2018, between 12:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m.

On May 21, 2018, at approximately 7:10 a.m., a male gained entry into the Orange Theory Fitness Centre located at 3014 Henderson Highway, by breaking a window.  Once inside the business, the suspect stole a digital camera, a small amount of cash, and an orange shoulder bag.

The suspect was captured on video surveillance, and is described as an Aboriginal male in his late 30’s to early 40’s, approximately 5’10” tall, with a medium build, and black hair.  He was wearing a grey shirt, and dark pants.  It is believed that he may have been travelling by bicycle.

On Saturday, October 7, 2017 just before 8:00 p.m., a male attended the Lockport General Store located on Highway 44 in Lockport, and cashed a Government of Canada cheque, which was later determined to have been a fraudulent cheque.  A female then entered the store, also cashing a Government of Canada cheque, which was later determined to have been a fraudulent cheque.  Video surveillance of the two individuals shows that the male is approximately 5’9” in height with a medium build, and was wearing a grey and black jacket, blue jeans, grey baseball cap, and beige boots.  The female is shorter in height, and was wearing a black coat, blue jeans, white sneakers, red baseball cap, and had her hair dyed purple.  It is believed the two suspects attended the store together.

Sometime between the evening of May 10^th, 2018, and the morning of May 11th, 2018, a tan colored 2007 Ford F250 long box pickup truck was stolen from the parking lot of Virden Ford.  The pickup truck has rust around the rear wheel wells, a black tonneau cover and a checker plate toolbox in the bed of the truck.

Between November, 2017, and April, 2018, a green and black 2010 Artic Cat F5LXR (similar to the snowmobile in the picture) was stolen from a property located in the RM of Two Borders, in Manitoba.  The snowmobile has an aftermarket exhaust, and a crack in the front cowling, and it is believed the snowmobile may currently be in the Carievale, Saskatchewan area.

On March 2, 2018, between approximately 12:00 and 12:30 p.m., these two individuals attended at the Winnipeg Beach branch of Noventis Credit Union, and committed fraud.  After leaving the Noventis Credit Union, both suspects were last seen headed towards the Winnipeg Beach Post Office on foot.

The suspects are both described as Italian in appearance, with dark hair, dark eyes, and facial hair. One suspect was wearing a black sweater, blue jeans, and a red and white toque.  The other suspect was wearing a ball cap, a black t-shirt, and grey sweatpants.

On April 1, 2018, shortly before 9:00 p.m., a black Samsung Galaxy cell phone was taken off the bar counter at the Highway 6 Hotel, in Oakpoint, Manitoba, by an Indigenous female with brown hair, which was tied back in a bun.  It is believed that the female suspect was accompanied by a male, who wearing a baseball cap, and glasses.

A Petro Canada card lock fuel card was stolen from the Melita area, with over $1,600.00 in diesel and fuel purchases charged to the stolen card, beginning January 11, 2018, in Melita, MB, and ending January 31, 2018, in Edmonton, AB at which time the card was discovered to be missing, and was cancelled. Video surveillance at Petro Canada stations, where fuel was purchased using the stolen card, shows that the suspects were driving a dark coloured Ford, possibly F-350 model. The suspect driver is a balding male of average build and height, wearing an orange hoodie underneath a jacket with a logo on the front chest, and back areas.  This suspect pulls the hood up while putting fuel in the truck.  A second suspect is also seen on surveillance, and appears to be above average in height, with an athletic build, and light coloured facial hair.  The second suspect is wearing a black jacket, and grey ball cap.

A 21 foot, 2016 Jay Feather 19BH Jayco camper trailer was stolen from a driveway at a residence in West St Paul, Manitoba on April 30, 2018, between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.  In red lettering, next to the entrance door, are the words, “The Lavoie’s”.

On April 23rd, 2018, at approximately 5:00 am, the OK Tire compound in Swan River, Manitoba was broken into, and a 2008 GMC Sierra 3500 Service Truck was stolen. The truck has the ‘OK Tire’ logo, and the phone number of ‘204-734-2722’, on each cabin door.  It is believed that the suspect(s) drove the vehicle southbound, onto Highway 83.  The stolen vehicle has now been located in the Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan area, however the suspect(s) have not yet been identified.

A suspect was captured on video surveillance using a small crowbar to break and enter into the Roblin Farm Service building located on 2^nd Avenue NW, in Roblin, Manitoba on April 6, 2018, at 5:00 a.m.  Surveillance video shows the suspect to be thin and tall in appearance, wearing glasses, dark coveralls, a dark green hoodie, and snowmobile gloves, as well as a mask to cover his face.

On March 26, 2018, a break and enter occurred to a home in the R.M. of Harrison Park, resulting in damage to a door and window, as well as an outdoor motion sensor light.  Numerous items were stolen from the home, including the following items:  32″ television, 43″ LG television, Sony Handcam with attachments and grey nylon carry case, Crosley stereo-turntable, Homelite pressure washer, John Deere tractor key, two gas cans, compressor, assorted tools, food, and beer.

On Saturday, June 28, 2014, between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 9:50 p.m., a break and entered occurred at a home located on the north edge of Riding Mountain National Park, in the R.M. of Dauphin.  Entry to the home was made after a door was forced open.  Items stolen from the residence included money, food, jewelry, and a TV, as well as a car, which was a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix.  At approximately 2:30 a.m. the following morning, Sunday, June 29, 2014, the car was found on fire in the 100 block of 10th Street East in Brandon.

Sometime between November the 11th, 2017, and November 17, 2017, a break and enter occurred at a cabin in the RM of Alonsa. The suspect(s) entered through a back sliding door, and stole 3 firearms from a gun safe, which are similar to the firearms shown in the photo.  One firearm is an 8mm Mauser with a light brown wood stock. One firearm is an antique Russian Mosin Nagant M91-30 Sniper Rifle. The third firearm is a Tokarev TT33 Handgun, with a serial number of 5215.

During the early morning hours of March 17, 2018, two males attempted to break and enter into Ben-Tech Powersports located on Hwy 5 off 7th Avenue, in Roblin.  Once they realized there was surveillance, they began to run northbound on 7^th Avenue.  One male carried a crow bar, and was wearing a ¾ length plaid jacket, gloves, glasses, and a half mask coming up to his nose.  The second male carried a bag, and was wearing a lighter hoodie, gloves, and a half mask.

Sometime between October 18, 2015 and October 22, 2015, a 2008 John Deere model LA150 lawn and garden tractor was stolen from a residence on 1st Avenue North, in Ethelbert, Manitoba.  The tractor has a 26hp engine, a 54″ mower, is green and yellow in color, and similar to the mower shown in the photo.

Two males entered the rear of the property at Ford Electric by cutting the fence.  One male wore a red balaclava, the other wore a black facial covering.  Both wore gloves, and dark coloured, longer length, parkas.  Once through the fence, the two males inspected the electrical cords for copper wiring, and then left the rear of the property.  Moments later, they cut the locks on the front gate, and a silver Dodge Caravan was driven to the center of the lot, and loaded with two rolls of insulated copper wiring.  The suspects then left the property in the van, headed north.  The stolen wiring is valued at approximately $2000.

In the early morning hours on both February 2nd, 2018, and February 5th, 2018, a male let himself into the Subway in Gimli, Manitoba, using a key to the side door, and making off with a total of $600 in cash.

On February 28th, 2018, at approximately 1:30 am, two unidentified males broke into the Roblin liquor store and proceeded to steal several bottles of liquor, which included Jack Daniels and Crown Royal.  It is believed that the suspects had an unknown vehicle drop them off at the liquor store, and then pick them up a couple of minutes later.

In the late hours of March 12th, 2018, or the early hours of  March 13th, 2018, a property in the Rural Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman had the large main building broken into, and various items stolen.  Stolen items include a grey 2004 Dodge Ram 1500, an older Yamaha snowmobile, various tools, and electric generators.  Two campers located on the property were also broken into, and damaged.

On the early morning of Tuesday July 18th 2017, at approximately 2:50 a.m., the Winnipegosis RCMP, along with the Waterhen Fire Department, were dispatched to a report of a fire at the Waterhen School situated at 138 Main Street, in Waterhen Manitoba.

Upon arrival at the School, the Fire Department found the rear door to the gym on fire. Smoke, fire, and water damage, occurred as a result of the blaze.

Further investigation revealed that the fire had been deliberately set.

On February 13, 2018, at approximately 3:00 am, Selkirk RCMP received a report of a burglary alarm at a pharmacy on Eveline Street, in Selkirk, Manitoba.

Officers arrived and observed the front glass door was smashed, and that there was a large hole in the drop ceiling inside the pharmacy.  The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of medications in a large Rubbermaid container.

The lone male suspect was wearing a balaclava, a black and white “Drift Racing” ski jacket, green camouflage pants, and black winter boots.

On March 10th, 2018, the Esterhazy/Langenburg, SK RCMP received a report of a stolen trailer carrying a side by side, and an ATV.  The trailer and vehicles were stolen from Highway 8 in the Tantallon/Spy Hill area. The side by side is a yellow and black Can Am Maverick, and the ATV is a camouflage coloured Polaris 550.  The trailer is a 17 foot flat bed tandem.

Sometime between February 12th and February 15th, 2018, a residence situated on Corbett Road in Birch River, Manitoba was broken into.  A window and door were slightly damaged, and a 32″ Aveis flat screen television was stolen.  RCMP are seeking the assistance of the public in determining who was responsible for this break, enter, and theft.

On the morning of Monday, May 8, 2017, a break and enter was discovered at the Riverside Cemetery in Dauphin, Manitoba. The man door to a storage shed had been forced open. A quantity of equipment was stolen from the building including a 2010 John Deere 997 ZTRAK riding mower, and a 2010 John Deere 3520 tractor. Both vehicles were driven away from the scene, and are believed to have then been loaded onto a trailer.

On November 9th, 2017 around 1:35 p.m. a man stole a leather belt from Black’s Sporting Goods in Dauphin, Manitoba. The man had grey hair and a goatee, and was wearing a black and red jacket. He was observed to roll the belt up under his sleeve before walking out of the store. Once outside the store, he got onto a mountain bike and rode away.

On January 14th 2018 at around midnight, a white Dodge Ram Truck was stolen from the driveway outside of a residence in Mafeking, Manitoba. The vehicle was located just west of the Saskatchewan border a day later on Highway 77 near National Mills, Manitoba. The vehicle appeared to have been abandoned and set on fire. RCMP are seeking the assistance of the public in determining who was involved in the theft and arson of this vehicle, as well as several other break and enters that have occurred in Mafeking recently. On the morning of Wednesday January 17^th, Manitou RCMP were advised of several break and enters that had occurred in Pilot Mound, MB. As per video surveillance, two subjects were observed breaking and entering into Call-Inn’s Hotel after hours. The subjects removed a safe, obtaining cash and an unknown quantity of liquor. As per video surveillance, subjects pulled up to the hotel in a white newer model GMC Sierra, single cab. The truck had two toolboxes in its bed, one at the front covering the width of the vehicle and another extending from the front to the back of the truck bed. Two orange ladders were fastened to a rack extending over the truck bed.

On Thursday January 11th 2018 at around 2:28 am, Treherne RCMP received a dispatch of a commercial alarm at a business in the Rural Municipality of Grey near St. Claude, Manitoba. Police arrived a short time after and observed the door had been forcibly entered and the door frame had been damaged. Video footage was obtained and reveals two male suspects entered the property. The males walked over to a security camera located by the front desk and were startled when they saw it. The suspects then attempted to open the door to the main shop area where an audible alarm began sounding. The suspects were then seen leaving the business right after. The camera was stolen and removed. The suspects are described as heavyset males wearing dark clothing, faces partially covered and gloves.

On Wednesday, January 10^th at about 8:30 pm, the two suspects pictured above entered the Ste. Genevieve General Store.  One of the suspects had a firearm while the other had a large knife; they stole cash, liquor, and cigarettes.

On May 27th, 2017, the Thompson RCMP responded to a report that a female had been stabbed. Upon investigation, it was determined that a female was assaulted by three unknown females near Juniper Elementary School in Thompson, Manitoba.

One female is described as being 5’7″ tall, Aboriginal, skinny, with short hair, and wearing a black zip-up hoodie and jeans. The second female is described as being 5’8″ tall, Caucasian, and wearing a black zip-up hoodie, grey sweatpants, and red Nike shoes. Her hair was in a bun, and is believed to be curly. The last female is described as being 5’8″ tall, Aboriginal, with long black hair, and wearing a black hoodie zipped all the way up.

On December 11^th, 2016, Selkirk RCMP received a report of a fraud. The victim reported that they had received unknown credit card bills. Upon checking with the credit card company and the store in Winnipeg, it was determined that a person had applied with stolen identification and obtained a credit card on November 11, 2016. Security footage from that day showed a male with a female applying for a card. The subjects then used the card to purchase items fraudulently within the store. The male and female are unknown to police. In the video, it appears as though the male is the “wingman” who helps the other person apply for the card, then they go shopping. The male is described as approximately 30 years old, with a slim build and a light complexion.

On or around August 28th, 2017, an Argo ATV was stolen from a worksite in New Bothwell, Manitoba. The ATV is described as a green 2016 Argo ATV model 750 HDI 8X8. A GPS had been taken off of the ATV, which was time stamped with August 28th, 2017 at 12:18pm.

On October 7^th, 2017, The Pas RCMP responded to a report of an adult male that had been found in the Grub Box parking lot, who appeared to have been assaulted. Members of the RCMP located the male who had injuries consistent with being assaulted. The male received medical attention and was later released from the hospital. The male did not remember what happened and there are no suspects at this time. The Pas RCMP are looking for any information in regards to this assault.

On July 13th, 2017 at approximately 02:20 am, a residence on 7th avenue south, in Swan River, Manitoba, was set on fire. The fire spread from the garage to the residence, and jumped to an adjacent home on the same block.

Two unidentified males were seen in the area by neighbors. There was a male seen wearing a grey sweater and pants, a snap back hat and had shorter hair. The other was wearing a red shirt.

Thursday October 5th just after 5 pm: a person was driving on Provincial Road 500 near Road 100N when they saw two males in their late teens or early 20s on quads on the side of the road.  When the person slowed down to take a picture of the males, one of them unslung a rifle and shot at the vehicle as it drove away. Both suspects were wearing red hoodies, black balaclava facemasks with skull mouth and blue hats.

Nine vehicles were tagged with spray paint in a mindless act of destruction. It occurred overnight between July 8th, 2017 and July 9th, 2017 at the Chevy dealership on Main Street in Swan River.

On August 4, 2017 an unknown person stole a wallet form a vehicle parked at a residence in East St. Paul. A credit card was used by a male at various locations throughout Winnipeg. The male was able to use the credit card to purchase various items and cash advances.

On Wednesday July 5th 2017, Winnipegosis RCMP received a report of a theft of a boat which occurred at a cottage in Meadow Portage, Manitoba. The home owner determined that miscellaneous tools along with a 2000 orange Honda TRX 350cc ATV had been stolen from the property.
At the time of the theft, A black newer style Dodge Ram pick up truck was seen in the area with what is believed to be the stolen ATV in the back.

On the afternoon of Friday, July 7, 2017, three people entered the C0-Op store in Dauphin, Manitoba. While one acted as a lookout, the other two concealed items in a backpack then left the store. The following day, two of the same suspects entered one of the Co-Op gas bar locations in Dauphin and again stole a quantity of merchandise. These individuals are also believed to have committed another theft at the same gas bar on May 27th, 2017. At that time they were driving a brown 4 door car.

Between September 6^th and September 9^th, 2017, a quad was stolen from a property in Powerview. The quad is described as a brown 2009 Yamaha Grizzly.

On October 14^th, 2017, Treherne RCMP responded to a complaint of a break and enter that occurred in the RM of Victoria, Manitoba.

Police learned that a seasonal cottage in the area had been left vacant for one month. During that time, three unknown suspects entered the residence and ransacked the home. Several household items were stolen from the property.

The Swan River RCMP Detachment is investigating a complaint of stolen items in Indian Birch First Nation. A red Ford F150 was stolen and left damaged on the highway. Sometime during the night of August 18^th 2017 into the early morning of August 19^th, two bicycles that had been locked onto a car carrier were stolen in Rossburn, Manitoba. One bike was a Specialized S-Works Transition triathlon bike with a white carbon frame body and red lettering. The second was a Specialized Marathon Epic mountain bike with a black body and red lettering.

On Tuesday July 18^th, 2017 at about 10:30pm, Selkirk RCMP and Selkirk Fire Department were called to a fire alarm at the Selkirk Medical Centre on Eveline Street in the City of Selkirk. As emergency personnel arrived, the back entrance of the building was fully engulfed in flames. The fire was put out quickly but not without extensive damage to the back entrance and smoke damage throughout the building. Security footage of the area reveals a small white 4-door Volkswagen Golf hatchback approach the scene with a lone male driver wearing a white and dark baseball cap, a dark t-shirt, blue shorts and black and white running shoes.

On July 19th, 2017, a theft occurred at the Petro Canada in Virden MB. An unknown male entered the Petro Canada, and after walking around and realizing there was only one employee working, he entered the “Staff Only” office and proceeded to steal several cartons of cigarettes. The suspect entered and exited the building three times, each time leaving with a garbage bin full of cigarettes.

The suspect is described as male, Caucasian, in his 30s to 40s, and approximately 173cm tall with a slim build.

On July 13^th at approximately 2:00pm, a female was walking to Safeway and was robbed by two unknown females. The incident occurred in the open area behind the Boston Pizza and The Brick. The two females were described as being in their mid-30s, of Aboriginal decent, with heavy builds, dressed in all black with brown hair in buns. The police are looking for any information to help identify the two female suspects.

Between June 19^th and June 20^th, 2017, a red 2009 Yamaha Rhino 700 side by side was stolen from the yard of a cottage the RM of Alexander. The vehicle was last seen on June 19^th. There were no witnesses.

At approximately 3:15 a.m. on July 11^th, 2017, Nelson House RCMP received a complaint of a vehicle on fire beside 13 Westwood Drive, Nelson House, MB. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle had been intentionally lit on fire. Nelson House RCMP are asking for assistance from community members in identifying the person responsible for this arson.

Between April 16^th and April 20^th, 2017, a detached shed in the community of Treherne was broken into. Culprit(s) kicked in a locked door and stole a blue 2002 Yamaha YZ 125 dirt bike. The bike is distinct in the various upgrades and aftermarket parts that have been attached to it.

At approximately 12:30pm on October 29^th, 2016, a white 2014 Nissan Titan, MB license plate GGZ 420, was parked in a parking lot facing Portsmouth Road, along building C-105 in Shilo, Manitoba. On November 1^st, 2016 at 11:42am, the same vehicle was reported stolen to Military Police.

On November 1^st, 2016, at approximately 4:30pm, this vehicle was involved in a Hit and Run accident at the intersection of Arlington St. and Wellington Ave. in Winnipeg, MB. Then on November 18^th, 2016, this vehicle was located by WPS in the back lane of the 400 block of Dufferin Ave. in Winnipeg MB, with a used stove in the bed of the truck.

The suspect was observed driving the vehicle during the hit and run. He is described as male, Aboriginal, approximately 5’5” in height with a small build and dark hair. He was observed wearing a baseball cap, and looked to be around 20 years of age.

Around 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2017, a young male approached a worker at the beer vendor area at the Boulevard Hotel in Dauphin, Manitoba. He began to argue with the worker, then jumped over the counter, grabbed a case of beer and left.

During the Canada Day long weekend, several acts of vandalism occurred in the town of Neepawa. Specifically, the “Welcome to Neepawa” sign, Royal Canadian Legion building and Riverbend Park Canteen were spray painted with racist graffiti. Neepawa RCMP are actively investing these acts as a hate crime.

On June 27th, 2017, Easterville RCMP received a report that a navy blue minivan had been stolen from the driveway of the owner’s home by an unknown person sometime between midnight and 8:00 a.m. The van was found the next day abandoned in the woods with extensive damage.

Sometime between late October 2016 and early June 2017, a shed at land location 26-16-21 in the Rural Municipality of Yellowhead was broken into. A 150lb anvil and a black McMaster blacksmith blower were stolen. Shoal Lake RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the stolen blacksmith tools.

On July 2nd, 2017, a homeowner left the property of his new build house in the RM of Grey around 9:00pm. The homeowner and the contractor arrived at the residence the morning of July 3rd, 2017, and observed that the trailer containing the contractor’s tools had the lock cut off and numerous tools were stolen. Items include: a laser in an orange case, numerous nailers, a hammer drill, several air tools, levels, a mitre saw, jigsaws, a table saw, a Makita compressor and an orange ladder. A majority of these items were in orange cases. Police found two sets of footprints leaving the scene: one appeared to be a smaller size female running shoe, the other a larger size work boot.

On June 11th, 2017 Lac Du Bonnet RCMP received a complaint of a theft/attempted break and enter to a cabin on Wendigo Road. The incident is believed to have occurred on June 5th or June 6th, 2017. Trail cameras on the property show that there were a male and female suspect on the property. The suspect vehicle appears to be a dark coloured Chevrolet Avalanche, possibly between the years of 2003-2005. The female suspect appears to have a tattoo on her lower right leg. Police are requesting assistance in identifying the suspects. Another male walked a dog on to the same property approximately a week and a half prior to the theft, and police are looking to identify and speak to the male as the circumstances were described as suspicious. On the night of April 27th, 2017, an unknown suspect entered the garage of a rural property in the RM of Ste. Rose and stole a red and black 2017 Can-Am Outlander 350 ATV, with the license plate 4H216.

On the night of April 15th, 2017, a Break and Enter occurred at the Band Store in Crane River First Nation. Suspects cut a hole through the wall of the store and stole an unknown amount of cash and over 50 cartons of cigarettes.

Swan River RCMP Detachment received a call about a Break and Enter which would have occurred sometime in April. Unknown person(s) broke into the Cook Bros Cartage compound then broke into a van and into the power plant room. The room and the generator system were significantly vandalized. On May 26th, 2017 at approximately 3:19 a.m. Emerson RCMP responded to a break in at the CO-OP gas bar and Dueck Pharmacy both in Vita, Manitoba. The subjects gained entry by smashing the front door at both businesses. A small amount of cash was taken from CO-OP gas. Scratch lottery tickets and prescription drugs were taken from the pharmacy. Police believe there were 3 individuals that wore dark hoodies to cover their faces. Police believe they were driving a newer model silver/grey Jeep Cherokee.

On May 26th, 2017, Ashern RCMP received report of a generator that had been stolen from behind the Lake Manitoba Medical Centre. It is described as a white 2014 Magnum generator, on a black trailer with one wheel on each side with white rims. It has a sticker on top that says “Kelsey Pipelines.”

Between April 13th and April 17th, 2017, My’s Place Gas Station in Wabowden was broken into and money was stolen.

On June 4th, 2017, My’s Place was broken into again, and money was also stolen.

It is believed that the two break and enters are possibly connected.

At about 8 pm on Friday, May 26 an unknown male confronted a youth who was walking on Mercy St near Sutherland Ave in Selkirk. The suspect pushed the victim to the ground and took items from the victim’s backpack. The Caucasian male is described as 5’7″ and having a short beard/scruff. He appears to be in his 20s and was wearing black sweatpants and a baggy hoodie with rips and tears on the bottom. The suspect ran off toward the train tracks.

On the night of April 30th, 2017, a Honda SXS700 side by side all terrain vehicle was stolen from Tundra Oil and Gas in the Rural Municipality of Boissevain- Morton. The vehicle was taken for a joyride which resulted in thousands of dollars damage. This occurred between 1pm on April 30th and 8am on May 1st.

On or around July 21st, 2016, a workshop at a residence in Minitonas was broken into. Unknown person(s) came onto the property and gained entry. On May 1st, 2012, at approximately 10:40 p.m., the Parkland RCMP along with the local fire department and EMS responded to a pedestrian hit and run motor vehicle collision on Highway #5, 1 km northwest of Grandview, Manitoba.

Mr. Allen Ashley KAKAKAWAY of Valley River First Nation was found at the scene and transported to the Grandview Hospital where he passed away as a result of his injuries.

On March 31, 2017, Steinbach RCMP received report of a Break and Enter at Manitoba Hydro (1 Loewen Blvd) in Steinbach, Manitoba. Three vehicles were broken into, and three fleet/ fuel cards were stolen. The fleet cards were used in Steinbach and Winnipeg at 7-11 convenience stores on March 30th and March 31st.

The first unknown male is described as being in his late forties or early fifties with no facial hair, and was wearing a dark and white baseball cap, a dark hoodie, blue jeans, and a yellow reflective jacket.

The second male is described as being in his forties with no facial hair, right handed, wearing a wedding ring and a dark hoodie, dark jacket with a reflective stripe on the left arm, blue jeans and a camouflage and hunter orange baseball cap.

The third male is described as being in his thirties with facial hair, and wearing light brown boots, blue jeans, a dark hoodie and a plaid jacket.

The fourth male is described as being in his forties with short hair, facial hair, and wearing a dark jacket.

On Tuesday April 2nd, 2017, the Thompson Rural RCMP responded to a fire at the Northern Store in Brochet, Manitoba. It was learned that between Monday April 1st, 2017 and Tuesday April 2nd, 2017, two separate fires were intentionally set at the Northern Store. The second fire resulted in the total loss of the building. The Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner is investigating.

Sometime between February 7th and February 17th, 2017, a large quantity of gasoline was stolen from the Granite Hills Recreation Area gas station. The suspect(s) broke into the main gas tanks and are believed to have siphoned the fuel from the tank.

On November 23, 2016, an employee at the Minnedosa Liquor Mart called Minnedosa RCMP to report that a female and male had been in the store and stole a bottle of liquor. Video surveillance confirms that the male and female worked together to steal one bottle of what is believed to be Crown Royal.

On January 30th, 2017, the Easterville RCMP Detachment received a report that a 16-year-old female from Chemawawin was assaulted by two to three unknown people. The female was walking home on the path behind the houses on Amber Drive between the hours of 3:00 to 5:00 a.m., when she was hit from behind with a metal object. The female was then kicked several times and money was stolen from her pockets.

On September 29th, 2016, two males entered the Ace Hardware Store in Swan River and proceeded to steal a large sum of money from the main office. Both males appeared to be in their mid to late forties and both wore baseball hats. One of the males appeared to be Caucasian with a moustache, while the other appeared to be Aboriginal with a small goatee.

Island Lake RCMP Detachment and Manitoba Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance with solving the following Aggravated Assault:

On February 12th, 2017 at 1:45 a.m., Island Lake RCMP received a report of an aggravated assault on a known gang member in Garden Hill. The attack took place outside of the water treatment plant. The victim was hit in the head with an axe and was also stabbed in the leg. The axe was described as having a yellow handle.

There are three suspects, all of whom are male and were wearing camouflage. They are believed to be members of the Soldiers gang. The three males were seen with an older model (2005) grey Ford F150 extended cab.

On Sunday, February 12th 2017, an armed robbery occurred at 7-Eleven in Selkirk. At around 7:00 a.m., an unknown subject entered 7-Eleven with a hammer and stole approximately $100. He left on foot northbound from the store. He was wearing a brown and blue winter jacket with the hood up and a black ski mask and was described as Aboriginal. Between October 7th and October 15th, 2016, the Grand Rapids RCMP were dispatched to three suspicious fires which were deemed by the Office of the Fire Commissioner to be arsons. All three buildings were vacant, boarded up Manitoba Housing units. No suspects have been identified.

On January 28th, 2017 the Lac du Bonnet RCMP received a report of a stolen 2006 Yamaha Apex GT Snowmobile. The theft occurred sometime between January 22nd and 28th in the Cape Coppermine area. The stolen snowmobile had custom graphics applied to its entire hood (see attached photo).

At 7:30 a.m. on the 19th of January, 2017, Canada Post Office employees within the Town of Niverville contacted the St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP detachment and reported a Break, Enter and Theft at the Niverville Post Office. Between midnight and 7:00 a.m., unknown suspect(s) pried the rear door of the post office and gained entry. The suspect(s) stole several unknown items, rummaged through numerous mail parcels and discarded other parcels during this incident. Selkirk RCMP Detachment and Manitoba Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance with solving the following mischief:

On November 11th, 2016 and December 14th, 2016 mischief was committed at a residence in Selkirk by what appears to be the same subject. In both instances, a rock was thrown through the window of the victim’s vehicle. Please help to identify the subject.

On the evening of October 7th, 2016, shots were heard near the intersection of Road 112 NE and Lakeshore Road. Upon inspection the next day, it was observed that the local stop sign had been shot at and damaged.

On February 27th, 2012, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a break enter and theft that had occurred between Saturday evening February 25th and Monday morning February 27th. This offence took place at a job site 3 miles east of Blumenort on Road 31 East. Suspect (s) cut a lock on a inclosed trailer and also broke into a building that was under construction. A variety of tools were and building supplies were stolen along with a Dewalt 4300 gas generator.

On March 22nd, 2012 at approximately 11:00 p.m. the Steinbach RCMP responded ti a complaint of a sexual assault in the city of Steinbach Manitoba. Two 17 year old females were walking on Barkman Avenue near Main Street in Steinbach when an unknown male riding a bicycle grabbed one of the females on the breast and then rode off. The suspect was wearing a green shirt and black dress pants. The bicycle is described as a “10” speed style bicycle with curved handlebars.

On March 31st 2012 around 3:00 p.m. Steinbach RCMP received a report of a hit and run collision at the intersection of road 34 north and road 40 east in the RM of La Broquerie. An east bound vehicle was rear ended by a late model dark blue Toyota Tacoma. A licence plate number was not obtained. There should be damage to the passenger front bumper area of the Tacoma.

On the 1st of May, 2012 at approximately 9:30 p.m. a lone female was walking southbound on the sidewalk of Brandt Street near Echo Fitness in Steinbach, Manitoba. The female was approached by a young male riding a mountain bike and as he passed her, he reached out and inappropriately touched her upper body. The female was not injured as a result of the assault, and the male fled northbound on Brandt Street. A similar incident occurred on March 22, 2012 in the area of Shopper’s Drug Mart in Steinbach. The suspect is described as possibly 15 years old, short dark hair, slim build with narrow face and no facial hair, wearing a black jacket. The mountain bike is described as having straight handle bars.

On April 23, 2012 the Steinbach RCMP received a report that the Blumenort Lagoon site, located on Road 42 East, had been broken into. Suspects cut through a chain link fence and gained entry into a fully enclosed trailer that was parked in the compound. The suspects made off with various tools and equipment including a Honda Boat motor, a John Deere Gator and a 300 watt Honda generator. Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the individuals responsible for the theft.

On May 10, 2012, Steinbach RCMP received report that a residence on PR 216 had been broken into earlier in the day. The suspects stole various electronics, including a laptop computer, a new Canon digital camera, a 32″ flat screen TV, a DVD player and a Nintendo Wii gaming system. A white Chevy van was seen on the property around the time of the break-in.

On May 11th, 2012 a Break and Enter to a residence in Kleefeld, MB was reported to the Steinbach RCMP. The suspects gained entry to the garage and residence, by force, through the rear door of the home. Once inside the suspect(s) proceeded to steal two television sets then fled the scene. This break and enter is believed to have occurred between the dates of May 6th to May 11th.

Sometime between Wednesday evening on May 15th, 2012 and Thursday morning on May 16th, 2012 several lengths of copper wire were stripped off conveyor machines at a Diamond Construction & Gravel pit located at #30017, Road 36 East, RM La Broquerie.

On the 18th of June, 2012 the Steinbach Detachment received a compliant of a break in at the Blumenort Water Treatment Plant in Blumenort Manitoba. The trailer at the work site belonging to Nelson Environmental was entered and numerous items were stolen. Items include a boat motor, a generator, a nail gun and compressor along with numerous other construction equipment.

On or between the 28th of June and the 29th of June, 2012 vandal(s) attended a building site located on Brentwood Drive in Steinbach, Manitoba. The vandal(s) used rocks and boards and smashed several windows located at the building site. Damage was estimated at approximately $5000.

On July 19, 2012 Steinbach RCMP received a report of an indecent act. Investigation revealed that at approximately 4:30 p.m, an adult female was driving on Brant Street in Steinbach when a male driving a late model white ford pickup truck pulled along beside her and exposed himself. The man was described as Caucasian, between 20-25 years old wearing a black/dark baseball cap, dark sunglasses, and a cut-off t-shirt.

On July 31, 2012 at approximately 9:11 AM, Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of arson. The incident occurred overnight at a construction site situated at 230 Barkman Avenue in Steinbach. The fire consisted of someone setting a small fire inside the building resulting in minor damage. Steinbach Fire Department attended and immediately put out the fire. The Office of the Fire Commissioner also attended the scene and deemed the fire suspicious. It is unknown at this time if the fire was meant to burn down the site. There is no estimate of damage at this time.

Steinbach RCMP are investigating several complaints of mischief to vehicles that occurred on Spruce Crescent in Steinbach, between August 4 and August 6, 2012. In one incident, the unknown suspects used two ( 2 ) 18 liters of concrete curing compound left on the street and poured it on two ( 2 ) vehicles parked along the street. Another vehicle was damaged by paint and another one had the tail light smashed. No other damage was noted done in the area.

On the 7th of August, 2012 the Steinbach RCMP Detachment received a complaint of a theft and vandalism that had occurred between the 3rd and the 7th of August 2012. The incident occurred at the South Eastern Farm Supply on Highway 12 North in Steinbach Manitoba. It would appear as if suspect(s) attended to the business and used a skill saw to saw off the catalytic converters from four vehicles.

On September 4, 2012, Steinbach received two reports of stolen vehicles. The first incident occurred on September 4, 2012 between the hours of 12:30 AM and 7:45 AM. A 2001 Blue Dodge Caravan was stolen from Birch Street in Steinbach. The second incident occurred between August 31, 2012 and September 4, 2012. A 2001 Green Chevrolet Cavalier was stolen from Wolves Auto Sales in Steinbach. The vehicle did not have any licence plate.

On August 31, 2012, Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a male committing an indecent act in Steinbach, Manitoba. Investigation indicates that a woman was seated at an outdoor bench on Main Street at about 2:00 p.m, when an unknown male exposed himself to her before fleeing the area. The woman was not injured. The male is described as about 6′ tall with a medium build and dark brown shaggy hair that was down to his jaw line. He was wearing a navy blue shirt with white stripes, blue jeans, white shoes and sunglasses.

On September 26, 2012 Steinbach RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a residence on Proulx Blvd in the RM of Ste Anne, Manitoba. Entry was gained through the front door. Stolen from the residence was an electric guitar and amplifier. Police believe the break in occurred between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and believe that the suspects may have been driving a U-HAUL van.

On September 28, 2012, the Steinbach RCMP, received report that a residence on Horizon Place, in La Broquerie had been broken into. The incident occurred around 7:45 am. Missing from the residence is electronic equipment/accessories and Canadian and American Currency.

Sometime between Saturday evening the 29th of September, 2012 and Sunday morning the 30th of September two work sites located on Tanglewood Bay at Kleefeld, Manitoba were broken into. The suspect(s) gained access to two separate construction sites. Stolen from the sites were a large quantity of construction tools including a Dewalt 12 inch compound miter saw, Dewalt table saw, two reciprocating saws and three Drying fans, a dishwasher and other smaller high end tools. Police believe the suspect may have been parked outside the residence during the night and may have been driving an “U-Haul style” moving truck.

On the Monday the 1st of October, 2012 a break and enter occurred during broad daylight in the RM of La Broquerie. Police believe that multiple suspects broke into a residence located approximately 3 miles south of the Town of La Broquerie along Road 32 N. The suspects kicked in the back door of the residence and proceeded to steal a large Samsung television, surround sound system speaker system, a 24 carat gold necklace and other jewelry. Several Ipods, and a black hand pellet gun were also taken from the residence.

On October 2nd, 2012, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a residence on Road 40N in the RM of Ste Anne, Manitoba. It is believed that entry was gained through a rear door. Stolen from the residence were several electronic devices, jewelry, an undisclosed amount of currency, and prescription medication. Police believe the break in occurred between September 28th, 2012 at 11:00 am and October 1st, 2012 at 5:00 pm.

Steinbach RCMP are reporting a major equipment theft that occurred sometime between Saturday the 6th of October, 2012 and Tuesday morning the 9th of October, 2012. The suspect(s) stole a truck, trailer and skid-steer belonging to Hillside Construction from their business parking lot on Clearsprings Road in Steinbach. The truck is described as a black 2007 Ford F350 Crew Cab with “Hillside Construction” decals on all sides of the vehicle bearing Manitoba Licence Plate #CDX 366 and the trailer is a 16 foot Penner utility trailer with fold up ramps on the back bearing Manitoba Licence Plate #CNL 010. The skid-steer is described as a 2008 New Holland C175 skid-steer, yellow and black in colour, on tracks with a black bucket. (Photos attached are not the exact machine, but of similar description).

The Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating the theft of a Truck and Utility Terrain Vehicle from two businesses in Steinbach. The thefts are believed to be connected and occurred between October 12th at 6:00 p.m. and into the morning hours of October 13th 2012.

Some time between February, 2012 and October of 2012 several construction implements were stolen from Eco Village Campground located approximately 4 miles east of Richer, Manitoba. Police are looking for public assistance in locating an orange Kubota L2900 tractor, a blue Komatscu PC128 UU excavator and other electrical components that were taken from the proposed campsites.

Some time between 10:00 p.m. on the 1st of November, 2012 and 5:00 a.m. on November 2nd, a Ford F-150 pickup truck was stolen from Breezy Bend in Steinbach, Manitoba. The vehicle is described as a 2006 brown Ford F-150 Quad cab pickup truck with a tonneau cover.

On October 30, 2012 Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a Break, Enter and theft at an apartment on Reimer Avenue in Steinbach, that occurred on October 28th, 2012. Unknown subjects entered the apartment through a window and stole a large quantity of furniture and household items such as a bed, kitchen table and chairs, television, dishes and other items. While in the apartment the subjects destroyed two doors and did other damage to the apartment. Due to the amount of items taken, police suspect a truck or a vehicle with a trailer would have been used.

On November 16th at approximately 7:30 pm the Steinbach RCMP received a report of a hit and run collision in the parking lot of Tim Horton’s and Safeway in Steinbach. The investigation revealed that a northbound vehicle collided with a pedestrian. The northbound vehicle left the area and could not be located. The northbound vehicle is described as a smaller car, possibly a grey or silver Chevrolet Cavalier or Pontiac Sunfire. Vehicle may have damage to the front driver’s side area. Pedestrian was transported to hospital however his injuries do not appear to be life threatening.

On the 22nd of October 2012, the Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter into a storage unit at the construction site of the new Walmart in Steinbach. Entry was gained by breaking off all the latches leading into the storage units . It was noted that there was a couple hundred pounds of copper wire missing along with numerous fitting.

On November 30 at approximately 7:50 pm, the Steinbach RCMP received a report of a hit and run at the Brandt and McKenzie intersection. It was reported that a northbound vehicle had been traveling down Brandt Street and had been struck by a vehicle turning eastbound onto McKenzie Avenue. The suspect vehicle is believed to be a light, newer, Buick.

On the 11th of December 2012, a 2003 John Deere 310 SG Backhoe was stolen from its location on the corner of Rd. #35 N and Highway #216 in the vicinity of Kleefeld. The backhoe is wheeled, not tracked.

On the morning of the 15th of December, 2012 Steinbach RCMP were advised that a vehicle was stolen from Simard Street in La Broquerie. Sometime during the night suspect(s) broke into and stole a 2001 Silver Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck.. The suspect(s) removed the licence plates from the vehicle and began to driving erratically around the community of La Broquerie. On Sunday morning Steinbach RCMP located the vehicle abandoned in La Broquerie on Rue Des Pignons in La Broquerie. Police have reason to believe the same vehicle may have been involved in other criminal behaviors in and around the immediate area.

On January 3, 2013 at about 4:20 p.m., Steinbach RCMP were informed of an armed robbery with a firearm at a business on 1st Street in Steinbach, Manitoba. RCMP attended and secured the scene where investigation revealed that a male dressed in black, wearing a balaclava entered the business and pointed a long, barreled firearm at the business owner. The suspect then demanded cash from the cash register and safe before fleeing on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect then entered a waiting vehicle that was parked nearby. Investigation indicates that the suspect vehicle circled the area prior to the suspect entering the business. Witnesses indicate that the suspect vehicle departed the scene with two males wearing balaclavas. No one was injured during the incident.

Steinbach RCMP are investigating a Break and Enter to a business in the RM of St. Anne. On Friday, January 4th at approximately 2:00 A.M the suspects entered into the business and stole several items including computers and appliances.

On January 10th, 2013 Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter to a residential garage in the RM of Ste Anne, near the Village of Ste Anne, Manitoba. Unknown suspects entered the garage and broke into a gun locker, taking two .22 callibre rifles and some other miscellaneous items. The incident occurred sometime overnight on January 9th to the morning of January 10th, 2013.

On January 13, 2013 at about 4:30 a.m., Steinbach RCMP were informed of a Home Invasion involving firearms near New Bothwell, Manitoba. Steinbach RCMP immediately attended and secured the scene. Investigation revealed that at approximately 2:30 a.m. three or four unknown males, wearing black balaclava’s carrying firearms, arrived at a residence near New Bothwell, Manitoba. The males forcibly entered a camper situated on a yard site that was occupied by a female resident.

Upon entry into the camper, the suspects pepper sprayed and pointed numerous firearms at the female victim forcing her into a back room. One suspect confined the victim by holding her at gun point as the remaining suspects rummaged through the camper stealing electronic equipment. The victim remained at gunpoint in the camper as the other suspects entered her residence where her 6 year old child was present. A variety of electronic devices were stolen from the residence.

The victim described two of the suspects. One suspect possessed large, dark, bushy eyebrows and the other suspect displayed a strong English speaking accent. The suspects fled the residence in an unknown vehicle in an undetermined direction.

On the 10th of January 2013, the Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a theft of a quad. The theft occurred between the evening of the 9th and the early morning hours of the 10th of January 2013. The quad is reported to be a 2012 Honda TRX420 Green in color with Manitoba Lic. 1C264. The Quad was stolen from a shed on a farm site in the RM of Ste.

On January 16, 2013 at approximately 5:45 AM, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a burnt vehicle located on Aspen Road near Blumenort, Manitoba. The vehicle is a black Chevrolet or GMC regular cab truck, possibly a 2005-2006. Police are unable to determine the owner of the vehicle. At the same time, police received a report of a stolen grey 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 crew cab bearing Manitoba licence plate FLK920. The vehicle has the logo : Oak Lee Properties Ltd. on both rear side windows. The vehicle was stolen sometime after 9PM on January 15, 2013 in proximity of the burnt vehicle. Police also received a report that overnight a nearby property owner had noticed footprints around the property. Nothing appeared to have been taken.
Shortly after 1:15PM, police received a call of two break and enters to businesses located in proximity of Aspen Drive and PR #311 near Blumenort. Stolen from the businesses were the following:

Two diagnostic scanners ( large and small ), a pistol grip video camera, small amount of cash, drill set containing 18 volt Milwakee cordless drill, batteries, sawzall, circular saw and flashlight. The estimated value for the theft is approximately $4000.

On Sunday, December 16th 2012, a break and enter was discovered at the Family Worship Centre in Grandview, Manitoba. The break in occurred sometime during the preceding night after a door was forced open. A number of items were stolen including an Asus laptop computer.

On January 17, 2013 at about 10:45 pm the Swan River RCMP, Parkland EMS and the Swan River Fire Dept were dispatched to a 2 vehicle motor vehicle collision on Hwy # 83 near Kenville, Manitoba. A semi truck was traveling northbound on Highway 83 just north of Kenville when a southbound vehicle drifted into the oncoming lane. The sides of each vehicle collided. The southbound vehicle did not stop, but continued on in a southbound direction. The Semi truck had minimal damage to the truck, and no damage to his trailer. The semi truck awaited the arrival of emergency services. The semi truck driver was not injured.

Subsequent patrols did not turn up the southbound vehicle. The southbound vehicle could possibly be a dark red or burgundy Chevrolet Venture.

On January 7th, 2013,, a 2006 Arctic Cat F5 Snowmobile was stolen from the St. Joachim School in La Broquerie Manitoba.

On the 4th of February, 2013, Steinbach RCMP responded to a break and enter and theft at a residence in the Rural Municipality of Hanover which occurred in the late afternoon. Investigation revealed that entry to the residence was gained through the front door and several items were taken from the residence including a 23 inch Coby flat screen T.V., a Citizen wrist watch, five gold rings, a gold chain necklace and $100 in cash. The investigation has identified two male suspects. The suspects were seen driving a dull grey two door GMC/Chevrolet pickup truck. One male was believed to be in his forties with a stocky build while the other is believes to be in his twenties with a slimmer build.

On the 12th of February 2013, the Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter to a residence located on Cranberry Rd, in the R.M. of Hanover. It was learned that the break and enter had occurred between 1100 a.m. and 300 p.m. that day. Numerous items were taken form the home including a flat screen TV, a PS3 complete with games a camera and two Apple computers.

Steinbach RCMP are asking for the assistance of the public to solve a break and enter to a residence a mile north west of Richer in the RM of Ste Anne. The occupants of the residence came home to find their gate was cut and several items taken from the residence. The owners advised 12 firearms and safe was taken from the house along with a 4 wheeler, collector guitar and other valuables.

The Steinbach RCMP received a report of a theft of two quads which occurred sometime between the evening of May 25th, 2013 and the morning of May 26th, 2013. The vehicles were parked at a residence on Gagnon Road in the RM of Ste.Anne, MB when they were taken.

The stolen quads are described as:

• A 2008 Red Polaris Ranger Razer with lift kit, roof, windshield, rear facing back seat and the bumbers have been painted black
  
• 2009 white Suzuki King Quad with lift kit, after market black rims, 29 1/2 inch tires, custom decal package
  

On the 16th of May 2013 the Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a residential break and enter. During the course of investigation it was learned that between 800 am and 315 pm on May 16th a residence on Rd 302 in the RM of La Broquerie had been broken into. Entry was gained through the garage. This home had been broken into approximately 2 to 3 weeks earlier.

On the 15th of April 2013 the Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a residential break and enter. During the course of investigation it was learned that between 700 pm on April 13th, and 800 am on April 15th 2013, a home that was under construction was broken into on Strawberry Lane in Kleefeld Manitoba. Stolen was a mitre saw and stand along with a nailer, a redi-heater and numerous other items.

Steinbach RCMP are investigating a theft of a dirt bike that occurred sometime between 1000 p.m. June 7th and 1100 a.m. June 8th, 2013. The theft occurred from a residence on 4th street in Steinbach Manitoba. The dirk bike a 2007, Red, BAJA Model DR125 was taken from the back yard of the home where it was locked together with three (3) petal bikes. The cable was cut and the dirt bike was taken by rolling it through the yard and onto the street.

On June 21, 2013 the Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter in the 300 block of McKenzie Street. The suspect gained entry into the house through the front door, causing extensive damage to the door. A suspect was noted near the residence around the time of the incident. The suspect is described as a male, white in appearance standing 5’10” wearing a blue shirt, gray pants and black hair. The suspect may have been speaking on a cell phone.

On October 8th, 2013 at approximately 6:30 am, the Steinbach RCMP were dispatched to the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach as a male had been attacked by two unknown assailants with a knife.

Investigation revealed the victim was leaving his apartment on Brandt Street in Steinbach and was walking to his vehicle parked outside when he was approached by two males. One of the males presented a knife and a brief struggle ensued before taking the victim’s wallet from him. The males then left on foot.

The victim did not receive any serious injuries as a result of the incident. One of the males is described as 20-25 years old with brown hair and blue eyes. He is Caucasian and approximately 5’5″ – 5’7″ tall. He was wearing blue jeans and a black jacket and has a slim build. The second male was described as Caucasian and of similar age.

The Steinbach RCMP Detachment is seeking assistance in solving a break, enter, and theft which occurred in the R.M. of Ste. Anne. Between the evening of November 15th and the morning of November 16th, 2013, a building was broken into at the Vermette Gravel Pit. The suspect(s) entered an outbuilding. Once inside the suspect(s) stole money, computers and other items.

On Wednesday, September 18, 2013 Steinbach RCMP responded to a report of a break in and theft to a commercial truck used for railway maintenance that had been parked on the west side of La Broquerie overnight. The investigation has revealed that the culprit pried open the rear door to the Ford F550 and once inside, stole some electronics and damaged several other pieces of electronic equipment.

Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating a report of a suspicious male that approached a teenage girl last night in the Clearspring Mall parking lot near the picnic tables located north of McDonald’s. The investigation so far has determined that a middle aged man, described as; Caucasian in appearance, average height and build, unshaven, short black hair, wearing a baseball cap, eye glasses, a black jacket and black jeans, approached this teenage girl and had asked her questions about a dog she had been playing with earlier and also asked her questions about where her parents were. At one point, the male put his arm around the teen and attempted to hug her. The teen distanced herself from the male and the male eventually left the area driving an older black four door car with a bicycle rack with bicycle on the back of it.

On September 29th, 2013 at approximately 12:30 PM, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a break, enter, and theft at a business premises in the 400 block of PTH 12 North in Steinbach. A trailer on the yard was broken into and a Coleman generator was stolen.

On the 1st of October, 2013; Steinbach RCMP received a report of a break and enter and theft at an outdoor Manitoba Hydro compound in Steinbach. Two Stihl power saws and copper wire were taken from a trailer and truck on the yard. Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for this.

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in regards to a hit and run of a vehicle at the Ron Kornelson Auction on Brandt in the City of Steinbach. At some point between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm on November 2, 2013 an unknown individual drove into and damaged a vehicle parked in the parking lot.

The Steinbach RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a break and enter to a local business. On October 19, at 4:25 AM members of the RCMP responded to a report of an alarm at a restaurant located on Rue Principal in La Broquerie. On arrival it was learned the suspects had smashed a large window and entered the business. The suspects had left the building before police arrival.

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in regards to a break and enter on Marshall Place in the City of Steinbach. At about 3:00 pm on December 3, 2013 unknown individuals attended a residence and broke into the residence with the intent to commit theft. Nothing was stolen as the homeowner was in the residence at the time of the incident and scared away the individuals. The two men involved were described as driving an orange truck. The man who entered the home was wearing a dark toque and had a thick dark moustache, about 6’0 tall, 30-35 years old and carrying a backpack. The second male who stayed in the truck was described as wearing a black toque and having a dark beard.

Steinbach RCMP would like the public to be on the lookout for a stolen 2010 Polaris RMK 800 snowmobile, blue in colour with Manitoba licence plate 6F018. The snowmobile was stolen from the Richer area on the 15th of December, 2013 some time after 9:00 p.m.

Steinbach RCMP would like the public to be on the lookout for a stolen 2013 ARTIC CAT PROWLER ATV, blue in colour with Manitoba licence plate 2F545. The ATV was stolen from the La Broquerie area between the 7th of December, 2013 and 25th of December.

Steinbach RCMP are investigating a report of a stolen purse from the 7-11 convenience store located on Brandt Street in Steinbach. The theft occurred between 4 PM and midnight on November 17th, 2013. Shortly after the purse had been stolen, a credit card that had been in the purse was used by a female suspect at another 7-11 in Winnipeg. Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the female suspect.

The Steinbach RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a break and enter in the City of Steinbach. On Wednesday the 8th of January, 2014 police responded to a break and enter to a residence on Lion’s Gate. The suspect(s) gained entry to the house by breaking down the front door and proceeding to steal several items from the residence before fleeing. Police believe the break and enter occurred between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

On January 28th, 2014 at approximately 02:35 AM, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a stolen 2007 Toyota Corolla CE (brown , 4 door) bearing Manitoba plate FWF 472. The vehicle had been parked on First Street warming up when culprit(s) took the vehicle and left a bicycle behind.

On Wednesday, January 22nd, 2014 at approximately 1:15 pm, Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a two vehicle motor vehicle collision at Reimer Avenue near the entrance of a parking lot north of Main Street. It was reported that an older male driving a older brown 4 door car had collided with a female driving a small orange car and after the collision, the older male in the brown car left the scene without checking on the condition of the other driver and exchanging particulars. There were no reported injuries, but there is damage to the vehicles involved.

On February 1, 2014, at approximately 7:15 AM, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a stolen black / white Polaris Razor ATV from Henry Street in Steinbach, Manitoba. The ATV was on a trailer parked on the complainant’s yard. The theft occurred between the hours of 6PM on January 31, 2014 and 7:15 AM on February 1, 2014.

On February 1, 2014 at approximately 11:24 AM, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a Hit & Run that occurred between the hours of 6 PM on January 31, 2014 and 10:30 AM on February 1, 2014. The vehicle, a black Chevrolet Equinox, was parked on the street near Minute Muffler when the incident occurred. The vehicle sustained damage to the trunk and the driver’s door. It appears that the impact would have cause the vehicle to now face in the opposite direction of when originally parked. There were no debris left at the scene which would indicate that someone may have tried to “clean up” any evidence.

The Steinbach RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a break and enter to a residence that is under construction in Kleefeld. On February 3rd Steinbach RCMP received a report of a break, enter and theft of tools from a residence on Briarwood Avenue in Kleefeld. Police believe the incident occurred between January 31st and February 1st, several power tools were stolen.

Steinbach RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in regards to a theft of a snowmobile from a trail between Marchand and Woodridge on February 2, 2014 at about 4:30 pm.

On February 7th at 11:00 PM, Steinbach RCMP responded to an alarm at the Le Depanneur / Shell gas station in La Broquerie, Manitoba. On arrival Police confirmed that a break and enter had occurred and a undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes had been stolen. Review of video surveillance showed a single suspect entering the store wearing a black jacket, brown pants, a black face covering and carrying a black hockey bag with a NHL logo on the side. The suspect is approximately 6’1″ and medium build. Police believe the suspect fled in a small dark coloured car.

As well on February 7, 2014, at approximately 8:35 AM, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a stolen snow machine from a sporting business north of Steinbach, Manitoba in the Rural Municipality of Ste Anne, Manitoba. The theft occurred between the hours of 6 PM on February 6, 2014 and 8:35 AM on February 7, 2014. The snow machine is described as a 2011 Yamaha Apex SE, black in colour.

On February 7, 2014 at approximately 8 AM, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a stolen 2014 Polaris Razor from a local sporting business located on Main Street in Steinbach, Manitoba. The theft occurred between February 6, 2014 at 6 PM and February 7, 2014 at 8 AM. The Razor is described as primarily white in colour with some red and black.

On February 13, 2014 at approximately 7:36 PM, Steinbach RCMP responded to an attempt robbery at the Mitchell CO-OP gas station in Mitchell, Manitoba. Immediate attendance was made by police. Investigation revealed that a male dressed in snowmobile gear (including helmet) entered the gas station and demanded money from the till. The cashier refused to provide any money and the unknown male fled the scene empty handed on a snowmobile heading east towards Steinbach. The male was wearing black snowmobile pants and a brown jacket as well as reflective rainbow coloured goggles. He was described as approximately 6 feet tall with an average build. No weapons were reported.

At 4:30 am on February 24, 2014 members of the Steinbach detachment were dispatched to a complaint of a fire on Normandeau Bay in La Broquerie. The complainant advised that a detached garage was on fire. Members attended the scene, and on arrival noted that a garage was fully engulfed in flames. A school bus in the driveway had also caught fire. The La Broquerie Fire Department attended and put out the fire.

On February 2nd, 2014, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a stolen quad. The quad was stolen during the night from a property on Henry Street in Steinbach. The quad is described as a 2010 white Polaris Razor and may be bearing the Manitoba licence plate 4A334.

Steinbach RCMP would like the public to be on the lookout for a stolen red 1997 Chevrolet Lumina, with Manitoba licence plate FJS 414. The vehicle was stolen from the Clearspring Mall parking lot in Steinbach on the 7th of March, 2014 sometime around 5:40 p.m.

On March 18th 2014 Steinbach RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a vacant residence on Main Street in Kleefeld. The Police investigation has revealed that the incident occurred some time over the previous week and a significant amount of damage was caused by the suspect/ suspects.

On March 10, 2014 officers from the Steinbach RCMP attended to a residence east of Steinbach on Highway 52 in the RM of La Broquerie. Investigation revealed that sometime between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM suspects gained entry into a residence. The suspects gained entry by breaking the front door. A small amount cash was taken from the residence.

Police are looking for the public’s help in locating two stolen snowmobiles from Richer, Manitoba. During the day of March 28th, 2014, the two snowmobiles were stolen from a residence in the town. The two snowmobiles are described as a black 1996 Skidoo Mach z 780 with purple writing and a 2002 red Polaris XC Edge 800.

Sometime over the last few weeks suspects entered a farm supply yard in Steinbach and stole four sets of ramps that were used for trailers. The ramps are described as trailer extensions.

The Steinbach RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a break and enter to a residence in the Rural Municipality of La Broquerie near Zhoda. On April 12th, 2014 Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a break, enter and theft, the culprits forced open a door and stole several items including; home electronics, power tools and money. Police believe the incident occurred between the evening hours of April 11th and the early morning hours of April 14th.

The Steinbach RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a break and enter to a residence in Kleefeld. On April 13th the Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a break in to a home under construction. The culprits broke the front door window to gain entry and proceeded to damage appliances. Police believe the incident occurred on the night of Saturday April 12th.

The Steinbach RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a theft from a motor vehicle in Steinbach. On April 12th, 2014 between the hour of 11:00A.M and 12:00 P.M a vehicle parked at the Franz Motor Inn was accessed by thieves who were able to steal several power tools.

On April 13, 2014, during early morning hours, a 16-year-old female was walking down Main Street in Steinbach when she was approached by a male in a black SUV-type vehicle. A verbal exchange occurred between the male and female at which point, the male suspect forced the female into his vehicle. The male suspect brandished a weapon and proceeded to sexually assault the victim.

The female victim was able to free herself from the suspect after a period of time. The male suspect is described as approximately six feet tall, with dark hair that is thinning in the middle and long at the sides. The male suspect had a slight beard and was missing a tooth. He was wearing jeans, a black hoodie and black gloves.

Steinbach RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in regards to the mischief of several camper trailers at businesses on Highway 12 in Steinbach at approximately 1:00 am on April 23, 2014. Unknown suspects damaged over a dozen trailers and items such as televisions and fire extinguishers were removed from the trailers. The trailers had damage which also resulted in a suspect sustaining injuries possibly to their hands and/or arms as blood was left behind at the scene. Alcohol is also believed to be a factor in this occurrence.

On April 24th, 2014, Steinbach RCMP received a report of 4 stolen snowmobiles and a trailer. The 4 Snowmobiles are described as; Arctic Cat F8 2010 Licence # 7A514, Arctic Cat F8 Sno Pro 2010 Licence #8C399, Arctic Cat F5 LXR 2013 Licence #7A509, and a Arctic Cat PROCROSS F800 2012 Licence #4B294, all green in colour. The snowmobiles were stolen from Loewen Auto Sales parking lot, in Steinbach, Manitoba. The snowmobiles were on a Trailer with licence plate R503K, and were driven off of that property.

On April 27, 2014 members of the Steinbach RCMP, along with the fire department and EMS were dispatched to a report of a house fire on Cypress Place in Steinbach. On arrival members found that a fire had spread from the attached garage into the house, which was fully engulfed in flames. All occupants of the residence were able to escape the blaze without injury. The damage to the house is extensive and the value of the loss is not known. The RCMP, along with the Office of the Fire Commissioner are investigating the cause of the fire. Foul play has been ruled out.

On April 25th, 2014, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a stolen ATV. The All Terrain Vehicle, 2003 YAMAHA Grizzley 660, was stolen between April 23rd and April 25th from a property in Blumenort. The ATV is described as gray with a 2 up seat and may be bearing the Manitoba licence plate 2F828.

On April 29th 2014 Steinbach RCMP received a report that a glass top picnic table and 4 chairs were stolen from a restaurant the 300 block of Main Street in Steinbach. Police believe the incident occurred some time between April 28th 2014 at 8:30PM and April 29th 2014 at 11:30AM.

On the 2nd of May, 2014 Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a stolen motor bike. The bike was stolen some time over night from the back of a vehicle that was parked on Albert St. in the city of Steinbach Manitoba. The motor bike is described as a 2008 Suzuki RM-Z250K8 yellow in colour.

On May 5th, 2014, Steinbach RCMP received a report of mischief at the Sleep Suite Motel in Steinbach. A fire extinguisher was removed from the Motel and its contents were emptied into the fuel tank of a nearby vehicle. Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the subjects pictured.

On May 9th, 2014 Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a trailer with scaffolding material stolen from the Aspen Grove Trailer park. The trailer is a black, 4 X 8 foot home made trailer. The scaffolding is blue and brown. A vehicle was heard in the area around 130 am on Wednesday May 7, 2014.

Steinbach RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in regards to a mischief that occurred to a residence on Ashford Lane as well as several City of Steinbach property items at the intersection of Ashford and Hespeler. The mischief took place at some point between 1:00 am and 8:00 am on May 10, 2014.

On May 10th 2014 Steinbach RCMP received a report of a theft of a utility trailer located on Clearspring Road in Steinbach. Police believe the theft occurred between 6:00PM on May 9th and 9:00AM on May 10th 2014. The trailer is described as a black Load Trail 14 foot utility trailer, with a tandem axle, grey wheels and may still be displaying MB license plate CLM824.

Police were advised of two break and enters to neighbouring businesses located west of Blumenort off HWY 311. Suspects gained entry to a gravel pit proceeded to steal a large quality of electrical wire and tools from the yard site. The suspect(s) then broke into a neighbouring business and proceeded to steal two Yamaha generators. The suspects damaged multiple trailers and containers on site before departing the area.
